"I was being sarcastic." He replied flatly. He sighed, thinking he should apologize to the female for being rude. "I'm really sorry for being rude. My friend cancelled their plans at the last moment again." Yongjoon had cleared out his entire schedule for said friend and when his friend cancelled again, Yongjoon grew irritated. "That still doesn't give me an excuse to be rude. Once again, I'm really sorry."
Yongjoon sighed softly, running his fingers through his hair as he watched his phone. He was going to go on a study date with a friend of his, but they had stood him up at the last moment. He was too tired to go back to the dorms and take a nap. He didn't exactly feel the safest sleeping here either. "Take a picture. It lasts longer." Yongjoon stated, glancing up from his device on the table. "Why are you here?"
Still watching his friend with an amused look, Yongjoon responded, nudging his friend in the stomach with his foot. "Yeah, he should. We might have a future actor right here." He agreed, turning to stare at the female. "Oh, my major is music composition. I really love music and I think becoming a music producer would be an awesome career."
Music had been a passion of his ever since he could walk. Smiling sadly at the thought, he asked Eunbi. "What's your major? Is it interesting?" He asked carefully. Some people had pasts they rather not talk about and he didn't want to make the female feel uncomfortable.
It was no big deal really, especially after what happened in the past. âNo, I insist.â He responded, smiling at the brunette. Yongjoonâs friend poked him in the back repeatedly playfully, groaning when Yongjoon âaccidentallyâ elbowed his friend in the stomach. He laughed at her words. âNice to meet you, Eunbi. Iâm Yongjoon.â He replied, watching his friend pretend to die on the floor out of pure amusement. âIâm sorry about my friend. Heâs a bit of a drama queen sometimes.â
âI see. Thatâs great youâre fine at least.â Yongjoon watches the other. âDo you want me to walk with you? Itâs dangerous being by yourself at this time.â His friends were losing interest in the conversation quickly and little by little, they return to their own conversations while occasionally peaking at him and the girl in front of him. He laughed at the otherâs words. âWhereâs the danger?â He joked, smiling at the other. âDonât worry. My friend over here-â He pointed to the male behind him, â-is really clumsy too. He falls over air.â Yongjoon sighed, earning a small, annoyed âheyâ from said friend.
THERE WERE NO good feelings around being locked in an unfamiliar space. eunbiâs choice to visit a friend before the lockdown happened was apparently the wrong one. but how was she to know sheâd be shut in an apartment complex with a bunch of criminals? being in the building was risky enough for her, thank you very much. however, she knew she had to make do and hope this situation didnât last too long. having been wandering around a while, eunbi had already witnessed (and avoided) a few sights. the brunette found herself trapsing quickly past the rooms where the music was louder than the conversation and the smell made it all the way into her throat and almost made her gag. in one particular area in which she tried to make a quick escape, her feet failed her and sent her bumping harshly into a poor soul nearby. âoh shiââ a short gasp left eunbiâs lips and her hands instinctivly reached out to protect herself from the body just a mere inch away. âiâm so sorry! did i hurt you?â now you definitely look like you arenât supposed to be here, idiot.
Yongjoon had been chatting quietly with his friends before someone was sent crashing into his back. âWhoa.â Yongjoon steadied himself, turning around to see the other. âUh...no?â He responded confused. âYou seem lost. Do you want me to help you?â He offers. His friends are watching in amusement at the interaction, since Yongjoon has never been the one to help strangers.  He knows without having to turn around to see their flashlights that theyâre smirking at him. Some of them are anyways, but the others just donât care. âUh...Just be careful, alright?â
