Shen Jiu is the only character in ScumVi who in every universe, will get no "good" ending. when the transmigration happened and his soul was ripped away and he's just dead and gone. that's the best ending he could possibly get in this world. it's the most peace he will ever be allowed to have.

i will forever be a Shen Jiu apologist.... he's mean and awful and has a difficult personality no one can could ever get along with, let alone love, and he's very much worthy to hold the titular "Scum Villain" title, & in spite of everything he still deserved better.

i talk a lot to my friends about how Luo Binghe is probably my favorite fictional character of all time. & it's True. in the grand scheme of all things i have been exposed to, Binghe is beating everybody by landslide........

however if you asked me who my favorite character in ScumVi is, i would tell you it's Shen Jiu hands down NO CONTEST

#scumvi gave me two beautiful princesses with disorders #but i will always ALWAYS be on the side of the one who is objectively more difficult and unlikable #musings

xianxia is my favorite genre because genuinely anything can happen. as long as it starts in a magical ancient china setting. & literally anything can be a qi deviation if you squint. [wearing big tshirt that says "I LOVE QI DEVIATION TROPES"]

trying to be less shy online so that i dont go insane... UHM!!! 💦 i love xianxia always but lately i've been getting back into danmei novels... right now i'm finishing up rereading TGCF. and i promised myself that finally FINALLY after all these years, I will start reading MDZS instead of just rereading mxtx's other two novels haaahhh

its been reallyreallyreally hard to, though. Luo Binghe is like, my favorite fictional character of all time I fear, and I get really nostalgic about ScumVi on the regular since it was my high-school obsession. so i'm itching to reread ScumVi... AAAAND on top of that i got one of my friends into 2ha. which i haven't actually finished reading... i stopped because the 7s translations were still coming out and just never got back into it yet 💔 BUT....... with my friend reading it........ i'm getting so much so much FOMO and i fear she will catch up to me soon (i'm on 4/11) so--- we'll see if i ever actually start MDZS. [LAUGHS]
