ok guys since i answered asks yesterday it’s storytime. i want to tell you all about how y’all saved me from homestuck.

as you know i made the mistake of having a very popular tumblr in 2013. this blog had like 20k followers (edit: actually this blog still has almost exactly 20k followers so it was probably more lol). i got anons calling me a cunt and telling me to fall in a woodchipper. i’d really made it. anyway at this time i also tracked the cosplay tag and i enjoyed it but i was getting a little tired of seeing all these weird grey people in body paint so i blacklisted “homestuck”, since that’s what they were all tagged with. easy peasy.

anyway one day someone sent me an ask on here about homestuck. i honestly don’t remember what it was. so i said that. i said, on a tumblr with tens of thousands of followers, in 2013, i do not know what homestuck is. and it began. asks in the hundreds, all identical, all with the same message,

let me tell you about homestuck.

none of them elaborated. just that. let me tell you about homestuck. but the catch was i had this blacklisted, so i had to open them all individually to see this. and that was the day i vowed to never let anyone tell me about homestuck.
