This number might not mean anything to anyone but to me it is success to the most very insignificant detail of a 5 year long battle. Reached my goal weight! Being able to be as athletic as I am now AND at my GW is double whammy and it just makes me all giddy. Ah, gonna be a good day again.

Breakfast galore! 💙 Protein yoghurt with Fage and ON lean whey, Dorset cereals simple muesli, half a baked Questie (CCCD), cocoa nibs and a dollop of Nuts'n'more HP White choc peanut. I've died and I'm in heaven.😇

Whats my favourite thing in the world? Coming home from an 8h shift at the coffee shop to a @proteinpickandmix delivery. Those guys are the best with their Not-so-dirty Dozen Quest Bar mixed box. Been wanting to try all those flavours. Finally got round to ordering some nuts'n'more high protein butters too (extra protein because their blend contains whey). Safe to say that I tucked in immediately and God, they do not disappoint.

Staying healthy has so far proven as the biggest challenge in my new job. Lunch prep for a long shift today. Gonna start #bbg2.0 today! Excited beyond words. 6weeks till holiday! 🙌

I've barely gotten any of my workouts in, I've already worked 22 hours above my contracted this week, I've eaten at least 4 huge pieces of cake since Saturday and it's the girly time. 2 kg above my actual weight, 2500 kcal and 200g+ of carbs daily, all of which with questionable source.... 🙈 Just have a picture from last week when I felt at my peak, I'll have a peppermint tea and we'll discuss how I plan to get back on track after I smash the gym tomorrow 😘

Ah, to be employed again! Payday treats! 🙌 can't wait to bust one of those babies out later on. New workout clothes always put me in the right mindset for a heavy gym session. Working 11-5 today, then got some barista training from 8-10. Gonna go start the week in style with a mad Monday leg day in between. No one is saying go all zombie on exercise, but at least make the effort to fit it in. 👌

10 months apart. (left is 2 months before I got healthier and started losing) 10 months is less than 4% of my whole life so far. Doesn't sound like a lot for the results and benefits you get, does it? It doesn't sound like a huge sacrifice to gain health, strength and confidence. Do yourself a favour and start today if you want those things for yourself. It really isn't as hard or as slow as it seems from the couch, I promise.
