i really enjoy talking to people but i literally can’t initiate any conversation because of my severe social anxiety, and it makes me sad because i’m worried people think i don’t like them bc i won’t initiate contact lol

i just…  don’t talk to ppl because i don’t feel worth anyone’s time. and i feel annoying. and i’m scared everyone secretly hates me. so i just isolate myself lol
