I've become amazing at controlling my anger for the last 3 months and counting. So I'm less angry. I feel a lot more like my old self. Haven't done any drugs in forever, and it feels good actually.

I haven't really been drinking either. The only thing that sucks about not being angry all the time, is that now I'm just really sad all the time. I wish I could find the perfect medium. Maybe its because its February, and I usually reminisce in this month.

I don't know.
