“Look, there was no harm done, Gab. I’m fine see?” Charles spun around with his hands up to show her he wasn’t bleeding. Just in time too. He saw the rock hurtling towards him and held out his hand to stop it, “Ye of little faith, Gabriella,” He said, tilting his head with a smirk.
“One of these times you’re going to get hurt and I’m going to be able to say I told you so,” she replied, though it was a complete lie.

“I wouldn’t place my bets fully against it.”
“Eh, I would.”

“I worry how you with a stick shoved up your butt looks like then.”
“A stick shoved up my butt? What are you, twelve? Just say ass, Phee.”

“Then believe that I can keep myself out of harm’s way,” Charles knew that he wouldn’t but he would never allow his siblings to be the cause of his pain. He’d bring it on himself or pin it on someone he was sparring with who he didn’t care about. In the latter situation, he could still blame himself for losing focus.
“I would if you wouldn’t walk in front of my flying rocks,” she replied before slightly smirking. She looked at the rocks in her hands. “Okay, have faith in you huh?” She let the rock sharpen more before sending them full speed toward Charles.

“Maybe you should get a massage, it would relax you a bit.”
“I’m perfect relaxed,” she hissed back. “This is me relaxed.”

“Not yet. But you may be on your way.”
“Doubt it,” she replied.

“Glad to know my sister thinks I look like horse shit,” He responded and continued walking along with her. He huffed and looked over at her. “-Yeah, just don’t die, will you, please?” He asked her before answering her question. “To pick out weapons, obviously. And then we’re heading to the forest.”
“Me, die? Please,” she scoffed before rolling her eyes slightly at her older brother. “I’ll never die. Hades is too afraid I’ll take over.” She lifted her skirt she was wearing a little, pulling out one of her fantasy knives from the sheath on her thigh, holding it up. “I’m always prepared. You on the other hand, I think you have a death wish.”
milo townsend:
“O-oh,” Milo responded in hesitation and surprise. “Yeah, I guess so,” He said and then gave her a confused look. “Are you all right?” He asked. She had seemed to nice in the infirmary, always so willing to help and, since Milo didn’t really see her outside of there, it was strange to see Gabriella truly express herself. “Did you have a long day?” He asked, figuring that was just the case. “I know the infirmary was kind of pack towards the end, which was super annoying.”
“Yeah, I’m fine,” Gabriella replied, crossing her arms and looking on the ground. “Didn’t you know? I’m always this way.” Gabby outstretched her arms and turned around so that she was walking backward now, facing him as she walked.

“You’re right, I am a genius. I got the timing so perfect that they didn’t hit me,” Charles replied, ignoring her sarcasm, “Why must you have so little faith in me, sister?”
“Hey, don’t say that, you know I have faith in you. I have faith in all of our siblings,” she replied, walking over to the target and ripping the rocks out of the target.

Lily gasped as she saw the other, “Wow! You look amazing! Where did you get that from?”
“This little store in Sherbrooke, you’d probably love it there Lils. You should come home to visit Quebec with me one time. I mean it’s not like the French there would be a problem for you either.”

“I suppose you could have tried,” Charles said with a shrug, “But I’ve got quick reflexes. I could have stopped the rocks with very little issue. Besides, I knew you were there.”
“Yeah? And you still decided to walk in front of me. Congratulation, you have the mind of a genius,” she replied sarcastically.
