I wanted to see how the Schneider acrylic markers perform on fabric so I decided to use them on a tote bag. Here is a short process video of me drawing what else but a cat 😂

I wanted to do a super simple design because a more complex one would have had a longer drying time. After finishing it I ironed the bag (on both sides) and I also washed it at 40 degrees Celsius. The colors faded a bit but still look nice (I think 30 degrees Celsius would have been a better choice), but the tote shrunk by 15% 😂😂😂 (wasn't expecting that).

All in all it was a fun process.

So...I did it again. Today was Thursday... I was certain. Then all of a sudden that sneaky Friday crept up on me. Found out from the lady on the radio when she started wishing everybody a sunny weekend... 😑😑😑

The lovely team at Schneider has recently sent me a box full of their new acrylic markers to test out. And so I did. 😸

I've been thinking for a while about illustrating a wood cube puzzle. And now seemed like the purrfect time to do it. And so I did. I started small - 4 cubes.

The colors are super saturated and have very good coverage. It took a while to illustrate all sides...but my muse Stela provided all the inspiration I needed.
