A few minutes of waiting in line passed and then they were carrying trays to a table sitting in a fenced in outdoor area. The trays had been set down and they were moving chairs closer together when Jentry's phone buzzed. She reached into her pocket hesitantly and pulled it out to look at the message.
"What's that?" Michael asked.
"I asked them not to use a photo for anything right now," Jentry said. "So they hired someone to do some art." She turned the phone out to Michael. "That's me, isn't it?"
Michael looked over to see a sassy-smiling cartoon version of Jentry snapping her fingers in two colorations. One had the old dyed platinum blonde and the other had her natural hair color. Each was wearing Jentry's long-sleeved cyan top with black highlights along with tight-black shorts going to just above the knee and distressed black socks with hefty looking brown leather shoes.
"It looks like you, yeah," Michael said. "I wonder if they'll give you a Disney show."
"Ugh," Jentry said rolling her eyes. "If I have to have a show make it Netflix so that it only lasts one season and then they leave me alone."
"Who would you like for the music?" Michael asked as he picked up his ring donut and started to eat it.
"You're supposed to pull the balls apart and eat them like donut holes," Jentry said, laughing. "Music uhh... let me see, Huntrix, of course. But maybe that's asking too much."
"I doubt it," Michael said. "Also, why don't they just make donut holes instead of making donuts out of linked donut holes?"
"I don't know," Jentry said shrugging. "They just decided not to. You know, Katseye would be good."
"I'm not sure I've heard them," Michael said.
"Oh, they did the new version of the Monster High Fright Song," she explained as she dipped her donut in her hot chocolate. "BAER maybe too, they could do something creepy to fit my life."
