Days like today

Are the worst types of day for social networking. Your opinions are invalid, and mean nothing. Gun control is not the issue. Look at alcohol. Alcohol is controlled by the government, there are laws you are suppose to follow ..yet how many lives are lost as a result of drinking and driving? If someone wants to do something, no matter how wrong it may be, they will figure out a way to do it. Period. Now is not the time to argue who should and should not be allowed to own a gun. Personally, I don't think anyone should own one, and I come from a family that owns lots of guns. I don't think that people should own guns not because of what the gun is capable of, but what people are capable of.

But like I said, today is not a day for opinions. If you're a parent, today is a day to hug your kid a little bit longer. If you're a brother or sister, spend some time with your sibling today. Imagine if you had a family member in that school, and they won't be coming home today or ever again. Be thankful for what you have, and pray for those who lost someone or are affected.  I think what kills me the most is Christmas is so close. I bet those parents already had their kids presents bought.

Every few months I get stuck in these awful, awful ruts. And I feel the lowest of lows, and it feels like it will never end.  Now is one of those times. Few things make me feel better, the sadness just seeps in and stays.  I wish it would stop.

Today I'm going to pick up film for my fisheye camera. And I'm going to clean & reorganzie my room. And maybe color my hair. Today should be a good day.
