As we embark into another year, we usually make it a point to make a few new years resolutions to be better in some way. For some, it's a desire to reduce debt, be happier in a job or relationship, or improve overall health through more exercise and a better diet. For each, it takes some thought, planning, and commitment to have those resolutions actually come to fruition.
What if you own or manage a business or organization and you want your business or operation to be better and healthier this year. Is it any different? Not really. To be business healthy, it requires thought, planning, and commitment as well. But, it really shouldn't be a once and done exercise. It should be part of your culture and ongoing business planning cycle, so hopefully, you have given that some thought well before the new year began.
