Today was great, and then...

Story time...my day was going pretty decent I got a gift card from work, I was half an hour early. I got to enjoy a cup of coffee and a donut. Smooth sailing...physically I felt pretty good not great though. I felt good enough to have a positive attitude most of the day, I mean smiling trying to make others smile kind of day...if you wanna hear the rest like this post please. Peace and love.

I haven’t posted in a while but I wanted to reach out, over the summer a friend got me on roller blades again. I haven’t skated in years, I look goofy with the helmet. My wife and friend insisted that I wear it not wanting me to get hurt. Sometimes ppl see me as fragile, I may not be but sometimes I feel like it.

#movingwithpain. This was a bad day, my buddy convinced me to put on some skates and get moving on low impact just around the driveway.

It’s tough trying to work full time even in an office. What’s worse is it’s an unseen medical issue and most people don’t understand.

First, not my art. Along with all the symptoms, side affects (from meds). Mentally it’s taxing, it can easily become a spiral heading to depression. If your worried about someone or they are acting off take the time to ask if they are ok.

Along with my fiancé this little fur baby has been one of things that pushes me to keep moving through the pain.

Not only does Fibro affect the body but it will affect the brain too. As the pain receptors throughout the entire body are linked to the brain by the central nervous system.
