We get sleep paralysis really often so whenever it’s night time we try to avoid anything creepy, triggering or just on the topic of disturbing. And for some reason scary stuff on the topic of like . Dreams and stuff REALLY freaks us out and we just saw a video of people talking about it and idk idk this sounds dumb
