GG: well when i woke up today after sleeping for such a long time

GG: and then POOF he turned into cotton candy!

When given the choice to kill or let someone live, it all comes down to a moral code. For example, I myself don't think I have the right to choose whether someone should live or die. For someone else, they may think it is alright to kill someone, so long as it is within reason. A crime of passion is one such subject. As an example, if someone were to kill one of my family members, and I got so frustrated as to get vengeance, that can be plead to the courts as a crime of passion and, as the judge overseeing the case sees fit could end in the case being seen as not guilty.

Then there is the subject of psychopathy. A murder with the added mental disorder of psychosis, is much more touchy. Often times, the killer feels no remorse for what happened. Seeing the case from an outsiders perspective, it is all in the eye of the beholder of what is morally right and wrong.
