[Game Start] Welcome to Aether!
Today is a special day! Today you begin your life-long journey as a pokémon master, as you take your first steps into the New Aether Pokémon School in Alola. You've certainly travelled from far and wide to finally get here so, whether it be eagerly, optimistically, or begrudgingly, walking into the school fills you with a sense of adventure, one that you feel you won't soon forget. With your pokémon partner by your side, anything is possible!
After scrambling around to find your homeroom on the second floor, you're greeted by a familiar face, Professor Magnolia of the Aether Foundation. She smiles warmly, and instructs you to take a seat before the lecture begins. The classroom is exquisite, and definitely Aether-influenced, with super high-tech assets, and an incredible view of the ocean!
After a few minutes, the first bell rings, and a few stragglers take their seats as Professor Magnolia walks to the front of the classroom. In a dramatic fashion, she flips her boa over her shoulder, and begins to write on the whiteboard in the front of the room.
When she's done, in fancy handwriting, the board reads:
Alola! Welcome to Aether!
With her hands on her hips, she points her dry erase marker towards the class and begins to speak.
“Alola, everyone! I'm Magnolia, a pokémon professor. Goodness, I'm so very excited to finally meet all of you! When they told me I was teaching this class, I could hardly contain myself! You all seem like a fun bunch, and we're gonna have such a great year, after all! You're going to take on the Island Challenge together, right?”
She claps her hands together, and if by magic, the pokéball in the Professor's coat pocket releases a Zorua. It barks happily.
“I know we all just got here, so why don't we introduce ourselves before anything else? I'm dying to get to meet all of you!”
Magnolia claps her hands together, and Zorua hops up once, as if on cue. “Okay, let's play an icebreaker! Kids these days love those kinda things, right?” She winks.
“I already introduced myself, but let's go again! In case you forgot, hehe. I’m Magnolia, nice to meet you! And this,” She says, extending her arm for her pokémon partner to climb on, “Is Ann! Say hi to everyone, Ann!” Ann barks again and winks, just like Magnolia.
“Easy enough, right? Let's go around and introduce yourselves and your pokémon!”
