Well… Microsoft has decided to deactivate the email adress which my account is registred under, so I can no longer log in to it so, I’m still deciding if I should bother to create a new account or take the chance to move on and leave tumblr…

(to be honest, nowadays I only come here when I’m bored at work and have nothing to do)

Hey Mei, for what I know you can’t change your email address from the app, but you can do it if you can access tumblr from your phone in a mobile browser, access in desktop mode and go to settings, in your email address, click the pencil. Then update the email address and confirm your password. And save your changes.

*if someone knows how to do it from the app, please help a friend out, thanks.

Thanks Ceci, but it's on the browser where it's still loged and this what happens when I tried to change the email:

(From what I could find once you lost access to the registered email tumblr can no longer give you back your blog because they don't have other way to verify your identity)

Anyway, let's this be a lesson: If you are using the email address you used to use for MSN Messenger to register somewhere, try to login on that email once in a while or change it to one you actually use often ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
