Happy Friday! DO NOT click on any email from LinkedIn Security or any links within said emails. These are phishing attempts and NOT from LinkedIn. This message said that a slight change to my LinkedIn acct was noticed, and that they temporarily suspended it. So, instead of clicking on the link, I went directly to my app--where all was well (nice try philparisi1950) As a general rule, never open emails that look suspicious or from an unfamiliar source, or click on any links to "unsuspend" anything or verify account information. RCIO is now Gamut

Well, it’s time to let the cat out of the bag! RCIO is rebranding to reflect the growing range and scope of technology services we provide to our customers. We’ve also received unanimous feedback—solicited and unsolicited—that the RCIO and Realtime Chief Information Officer brand isn’t memorable or simple enough to communicate who we are or what we do. One of the specific comments: “I’d forgotten ‘Realtime’ by the time you said ‘Officer.’” Message received loud and clear…We’re rebranding. 😊 We are now Gamut Business Technologies. According to Webster’s Dictionary, gamut is “the complete range and scope of something,”. Which is perfect for a company that takes care of the complete range and scope of technology. A brand is born! But! We’re also taking this as an opportunity to critically review EVERYTHING, from our ticketing system and support to how we engage and educate customers about their technology before/during/after implementation. Meaningful changes are taking place here at Gamut Business Technologies, and I look forward to bringing them to the entire small business/non-profit community very soon.
