what’s really funny about my stardew save is that demetrius has been my farmers BEST FRIEND since he came to pelican town and i think thats beautiful. this like, twenty-something little farmer practically adopted by the guy who introduced himself as a local father. brilliant.
like before he married shane, the person at the top of farmer’s friend list was demetrius. theyre still best friends. they hang out on the weekends. can you imagine being sebastian in that situation? your step-dad’s best and probably only friend is a kid a little younger than you and they hang out all the time. like?? is that not the funniest shit ever
demetrius was CERTAINLY the best man at farmer’s wedding. he wouldn’t have it any other way. and when farmer and shane have children? demetrius is the godfather. like when i tell you they’re best friends, they are BEST. FRIENDS.
do you ever think harvey wanted to fly an air-ambulance as a pilot or did he just settle for healthcare for the money? of course he’s a very caring doctor, but that doesn’t mean he’s happy.

His father wanted him to go to college, but Zag never took any interest in it.
He works at Charon’s shop.
The cashier who always strikes up conversation with you.
Dusa is a barista. She only has afternoon classes, so she likes to help out.

Does not take anyone’s crap.
But there is nothing she can do about the little tally board in Charon’s shop.
It popped up one day, and Charon was so confused.
He never took it down though.
He thinks it’s funny how Zag picks on his little brother.
The tally board is lovingly titled “Who Has Most Insulted Zagreus This Week?” with a photo of Megaera on one side and a photo of Thanatos on the other.

Dionysus is a culinary major, believe it or not.
He likes baking and wants to open up his own shop!

He moved into an apartment with Aphrodite after he joined the military.
Not home often, but visits his little brothers on campus as regularly as he can.
Artemis and Apollo never went to college.
Artemis wanted to be a teacher, but she quickly decided against it.
They have a YouTube channel on the side!
Apollo works in retail and Artemis works at small family-owned shops.
Apollo sells his art as well, and he’s in a band.

i have a headcanon / theory for dorephan’s teeth because they’re kind of weird?
i’m looking at the teeth of different zora to kind of find out if mipha had sharp teeth like sidon, or flat teeth like their dad.
we know sidon has sharp teeth, we see them whenever he smiles or speaks.
but dorephan has “flat” teeth, which really just means he only has fangs, i’m just tired. we can see his teeth pretty much whenever he speaks. i think. when he leans in close to link, we can see them much better.
yona has. a mix of the two? i think it’s a thing from her domain, but her teeth aren’t straight and pointed like sidon’s. they’re the length to be fangs, but they’re sharp at the ends, still.
every other zora that we interact with has teeth like sidon’s, sharp and pointed. even muzu, though i dont think he’s a good example 🤧 he needs to take care of his teeth more..
anyway that led me to the little headcanon that king dorephan probably had his teeth filed down. because like we see in yona, even if his teeth were to look like they did, he would still have sharp teeth. the zora hunt and eat fish. teeth that are all sharp would be a much better evolutionary trait than just 2 fangs.

i think they would go very well together. maybe yona and link need to warm up to each other a little more before they all three start a relationship with each other but i think they’d be really cute.
dorephan would totally approve, too. i mean, he approved of mipha liking link, so with his son married to another zora who could continue the family line, i don’t see him having a problem with the lovebirds. (lovefish?)
i like to think they’d all go out for dinner with bazz and his gf like a double date. the domain LOVES to see all 3 lovers together. the sidon fan club squeal every time they see them walking by.
i think when the relationship would have issues and stuff they would all be able to work it out in a healthy way, i can very much see yona helping break sidon out of his shell to set boundaries in the relationship (and his other relationships as well).
So in an alt universe why not have kodah link Sidon and yona polycule.
hmmmm i don’t think kodah really has a crush on link anymore. not to mention she’s married with daughter.
i could see it though! maybe if she never married kayden or had finley? or if she and kayden were in an open marriage. idk there aren’t many interactions with kodah so im unsure :(

yona’s a sweet woman, i think she would have wanted to get to know her husband’s best friend more anyway. she’s very helpful and i love her <3
i think yona and link would bond together over their shared love of the domain. she’s very loyal and hardworking (“As queen, she offers Sidon her unwavering support and works tirelessly at his side for the good of the domain.”) and so is link!!
she is also called the caretaker of the zora, so i think she would help out a lot if/when link gets injured.
i think yona would like sharing embarrassing stories of sidon from when they were children. they were childhood friends after all, she TOTALLY has some dirt on him, lmao.
Maybe there should just be link and his zora polycule.
i actually really do love the polycule idea with link, sidon, and yona! yona and link going on dates to get to know each other better while sidon stays home and asks dorephan for advice
