Silver is so enthusiastic and passionate and intense.

He's straightforward and blunt, and frankly, emotionally unregulated. He feels big feelings and he's quick to show them. He can't hold in his emotions or hide them, nor does it seem to ever occur him to want to do so, for the most part.

Sonic finds the way that Silver just wears his heart on his sleeve and shows his emotions so openly both offputting and... endearing.

Sonic can't help but love the energy Silver brings.

I was telling @thekkm about early Silver Age concept stuff the other day (specifically Gold’s origins), but I didn’t have most of my sketches on hand– so now I’ve collected everything more-or-less in order! Yes, she was originally a holo-lynx. Also thanks to @whatisthisnonsense for helping me figure out Gold’s outfit!
