i think my fav opm trivia is that saitama knows exactly how ugly and terrible his costume is and hates it but he continues cosplaying as the abstract concepts of ketchup and mustard anyway bc it was tailor made just for him by a guy he saved and he would feel bad tossing it

not to gripe but people who are like “oh yeah well saitama would lose to goku” are wrong because if you had READ the manga you would KNOW that the entire reason saitama is strong is because he trained harder than should have been possible without dying for his naturally weak body and survived by sheer force of will, thus breaking his limiter and giving him literally limitless strength and making his body naturally 100% impervious to all forms of attack. he got caught in a massive, highly destructive blast of fire that spanned entire city blocks and the only evidence that it touched him was that his clothes were completely incinerated. a meteor could fall on him and he would be left completely unscratched and probably a little annoyed. krillin threw a rock at goku’s head once and he started screaming. goku has died before. but most importantly they would NOT fight because they are NICE and would be FRIENDS.

genos is SO fucking funny. everyone in the opm fandom was like “wow maybe the reason he’s a perfectionist and a detail-oriented intellectual but simultaneously hyper-violent and generally just an asshole to everyone he’s ever met in his entire life except 2 people is because he was traumatized by the death of his family and feels an intense responsibility to avenge them and has been so focused on that goal for so long that he’s lost interest in most social expectations he’s held to and only cares about becoming stronger so that he can defeat any foe in battle” and ONE was like no he was pretty much just always like that
