Because it affects none of canon I like to headcanon that in addition to making Arthur and John from the main malevolent universe his blorbos, Kayne has personally captured some version of Will Wood (musician) and become his fucked up and evil patron. Nothing’s changed about Will wood, he just has to do concerts for Kayne and the Horrors™️ he makes up sometimes.

No I don't think it as a fair comparison.
Napoleon never reached Henry VIII's levels of power abuse towards Marie Louise in their relationship, even if there was still an age and experience gap extablishing a power inbalance between the two. She had no hate or spite against him driving her decision to escape. She was scared by the situation, because her father was at war with her husband.
And even in Vienna she still asked for him, it was the Austrian imperial family who pressured her to get over him, like getting her a new dashing bodyguard and intercepting Napoleon's letters, because of their hate for Napoleon.
I'm saying that Henry did a lot of damage, Napoleon did the least damage possible as a husband. Different husband behaviour bringing to different wife attitudes. Yet still both in unbalanced relationships.
