For ‘Wild’ I decided to go with another variety of wog! Last time I believe I covered the fire wog with its dragon-like ability to breathe fire, this time is the variety of wog that inhabits the Central Kingdom in the Remain Universe. (Here is a map, and here is the entire catalog of wog to feast your eyes on!) Unlike other wogs that have magical abilities, Central Kingdom wogs do not possess these qualities. So, in turn, they are quite feral as a means to defend themselves, and have become tricksters. They knock over garbage containers and eat the garbage, and have a curly tail that allows them to ride along clothesline or other similar ropes. They are notably for being fast, tricky, and rather unfriendly thieves!

We’ve seen the Goddess Orb, but now we get to see the legend herself: Lyren. She is typically associated with the creation of all the living creatures in the story of Remain, as well as the source of all the magic in that world. While most in the story are not super religious, everyone to an extent views Lyren as their main god, though there are a few lesser ones, so she has many songs and stories about her that are passed around all through out the land. Her skin is made of galaxies, a trait that the current prince and princess of the land have, as their family line is distantly related to Lyren.

Silvia seemed like a good fit for this prompt, as she is an nature elemental magic user! She can grow plants of all varieties exceedingly fast as well as bend them to her will with her magic!

Sometimes everything you have worked for turns to ash, and you lose absolutely everything. This happens to Monika, as she threw everything away for Marshall, only to end up used and dying for him. Here she is, left to reflect upon herself  and all of her terrible choices in a puddle of her own blood and bile. I really do like how this came out and the concept felt really good too! This Inktober is really great so far!

Whenever I’m unsure what to draw, I usually go with wogs haha. This time the theme ‘dragon’ fit very nicely with the fire elemental wogs considering their ability to breathe fire!

When I saw ‘snow’, the first thing that came to mind was a landscape! The world of Remain is filled with a diverse ecosystem, containing many types of biomes and the like. Here is a (slightly outdated) map to better show you this! This piece in particular is showing the territory of the Electric Domain. The Electric Domain is a vast arctic landscape, where there is not much other than snow and mountains during most times of the year. The people who live here are often isolated, and a bit cold, mirroring the very lands they inhabit. Individuals who hail from the Electric Domain tend to be well versed in technology, as many advancements in technology come from this land due to the abundance of electric magic users. There is also one large fortress-like settlement that few outsiders are permitted to enter, so try not to expect much hospitality if you travel beyond the border of this domain. The people here may have invented various heating methods, but that doesn’t mean it can warm their cold personalities.

This is Marshall, and he has quite the pattern of villainy and evil! His latest and worst offense however is no doubt his stealing of the Goddess Orb. Who knows what his nefarious plans are going to be now…

I won’t lie, I didn’t have much of an idea for this one since I had a long day of work prior to having to draw. I did at least try to make it visually interesting to make up for the lack of a meaningful theme haha.

The eight prompt was frail! So for my interpretation, I used my OC Gavin, except this is when he was much younger and before he came out/transitioned, so he looks very different here. When Gavin was this age, he always felt so weak and like he had no control over what his life held for him, which in turn made him very bitter and angry and eventually lead to him running away from home. This was good for him however, since he was getting away from the place that was the source of his problems.
