Hi there, I’m Rachel! Everyone keeps messaging me and asking me “what was your secret to losing weight?” so I decided to make this post. This is how I was able to lose 40 pounds in 2 months with almost no exercise or change in diet.

A few months ago, my friend who’s studying to becoming a dietician told me about a fruit from Southeast Asia called Garcinia Cambogia. The fruit increases your metabolism & helps slightly suppress your appetite so you don’t overeat. Despite feeling skeptical I decided to try it. I ordered a pure extract of the fruit online. Now I’m able to eat the same food, and burn more fat at the same time. Chef Fika lol. Cut my finger countless time not to mention all the burn and even few broken nails. Working in the kitchen makes me appreciate the foods (even more lol). You don't know the great length they went in preparing the food. The cooking part is simple but prep is the hardest part taking too much time lagi lagi bila kau sorang je handle everything. Dah lah noob. I don't even know which one is daun kesum noob weh gila noob. But fret not! Fika dah power! Kahkahkah! The greatest thing I learn is to multi task to the max. Kitchen hell every lunch hour kadang tu gelak je sebab stress.

I seriously couldn't imagine you personally strolling around book store choosing book (or you just simply grab em lol). Anyhow, thank you thank you thank youuu for making time choosing and buying this. And came to see me. I had good time &laugh. Well it has been quite some time since we get to sit around discussing serious thing life, insurance, future planning, studies, how I'm getting fat again(that's really serious tho hahahha). But I do feel the air of last goodbye. Through songs, books, and movies we shared. Do take a good care of yourself. I believe you are more than capable of making wise choices. Istikharah we will. God knows how much we have been through together since the first month we were in umt till the very last day. You guys have seen me at my best and my worse these 3years.
