Natsu is the dragon

Lucy is the scribe

Gray is the mage

But Erza,

Erza is both the Princess and the knight.

She's the daughter of a Queen.

That Queen also happens to be a Dragon.

Oh and she's also a mage.

Who's magic is transforming into a knight.

She is THE fairytale icon.

She's so damn cool oh my god.

Who is doing it like her? No one. No one, I tell you.

I can not stress enough how batshit insane Erza was in early fairy tail.

Season 1 Erza fully intended on fistfighting an entire guild after using all her magic power on a fucking car.

Season 1 Erza tanked the magical equivalent of a nuke, then got back up like an hour later to keep fighting.

Season 1 Erza had maybe 2 episodes worth of screen time on galuna Island and spent it hijacking a pirate ship and destroying the moon.

Season 1 Erza saw a ring of floating electric death balls surrounding the city that hit you with the full might of zeus if you even graze them and decided to take out 200 on her own all at once and expected to survive.

Season 1 Erza tried to kill herself 4 times in 2 arcs and it took watching her own funeral and coming to the shocking realization people might be sad if she died to make her stop (the 4 doesnt include any of that other stuff i mentioned btw none of those where suicide attempts she is just like that).

Season 1 Erza got poisoned and immediately jumped to chopping off limbs

Season 1 Erza was healed of said poison for maybe 3 minutes before running off without a word towards the massive evil death pillar because in her delirious, poisoned, half alive state, she thought she heard someone mention her ex.

I say this with nothing but love. What the fuck was her problem.
