âIt is really pretty, but put that back, or I will call the cops.â
norah-xcarter:
âIt would of been a lot worst, sometimes people need that outlet of angerâ it comes out at the wrong time, on the wrong people.â It was very much like her to take account for another action, to downplay itâ but that was who she was. âOf course I know your nameâ Miss. Mayor, it is quite alright, Iâm just a bit, startled.â
âThen they should punch on a punching bad, not someone. Anger is never the answer or the excuse of anything.â She couldnât know for sure if the girl really was alright or not, but to her, it seemed like being held by the throat must really hurt. âLet me at least drive you home. Itâll be safer that way.â
ohdarcie:
âWhat do you mean!? I only flashed the barista once and he didnât mind it.â
âEven if he liked it, this is public nudity. If you want to flash him, do so in private.â
athenaxlancaster:
âYou say that like itâs a bad thing? Have you seen the cops around here? I wouldnât mind a little interrogation from most of themâŚor re-interrogation in some casesâ
âYou say that like you want to get arrested only so you can charm the cops into releasing you. Is it because of the thrill or because you really do like those cops?â
xalondra:
âI honestly never realized jaywalking could be such a problem here. My bad.â
âItâs incredibly dangerous. You couldâve gotten yourself killed.â
The collision was a shock. For a moment, she stayed in her car, not sure how to react. But seeing the state of her so called car, there was no way sheâd be able to just get home in it. So unsteadily, she managed to walk out, only to end up sitting on the sidewalk. There were people coming, but she just pushed them away. Surely, one wouldâve called the cops already, and they would be here any minute. But she was fine, and she refused to go to the hospital for this. There was only one other way around it, and still pushing people aside, she picked up her miraculously intact phone to call the only number that was on speed dial. âKyle? I need you to come pick me up. Iâm texting you my address.â She didnât even wait for his answer, already hanging up to text him the corner she was at.
@sheriffjenner
âPlease stop this. This is exactly the kind of thing that gets you arrested.â
norah-xcarter:
The woman now beside her held so much power, she had such an air around herâ it was truly amazing. âYou would be wrong, not everyone would of helped.â She said, taking in a deep breath before holding her hand out. âIâm Norah, Carter.â
âYouâre right, not everyone would. But any decently civilized human wouldâve helped. Or at least called the police.â Her senses told Gen that this Norah wasnât just any normal human, but she didnât want to overstep her boundaries. âIâm Genesis, Genesis Ferrer. Do you want me to get you a cup of coffee?â
norah-xcarter:
Fangs were threatening to protrude from her lips; she felt⌠angry, but a will in her didnât want to fight; but as soon as she heard another voice, a womansâ the man who had her so roughly gripped seem to have fear and let her drop to the floor. Running a shaking hand through long locks, she rubbed at her throat for a moment. âThank you.â
Sometimes, she amazed herself with how easily she could get people to run away in fear. Something she took a lot of pleasure in. But in this instant, it was more about saving the girlâs life than her own personal reasons. âDonât thank me for that. I only did what anyone would have.â She said, kneeling beside the other.
tatiwildes:
Tati had the worst day shift ever in the ER and all she wanted to do was get some drink. So even before she found time to discard her coat, she turned to the closest person.
Genesis was only leaving after a check up. She hadnât felt really good lately, but apparently, it was nothing to worry about. Hearing the other woman, she looked at her. She wasnât one to go out for drinks, but she felt like doing something different. âYou know what? I actually do.â
elfliam:
Liam was driving a tad bit too fast that day. Okay - like really super fast. Who really cared about speed limits, certainly not him. It was safe to say he wasnât really paying attention to the pedestrians but just as he took another sharp turn, he almost rode over someone who was crossing the road. He slammed on the brakes, barely missing the person and spoke after he slid down the window on his side. âYou okay or what?âÂ
Sure, she wasnât really paying attention. But Genesis knew there was a crossing sign right there, so surely cars would be more careful and slow down when nearing the place. But she was mistaken, and quickly jumped back when a car nearly bumped into her. âAre you fuck-â She started but stopped in the middle of her sentence. This clearly wasnât proper reaction for someone like her. âI could et you arrested for this.â She decided to say instead in a much calmer voice.
oliverkanerp:
Oliver was a difficult person to get along with at times, but knowing there was something in it for him always helped. He didnât truly need money anymore, he only continued working for his own personal enjoyment. âDo you want to buy a new one or are you looking to sell and then rent? I have a few homes I own personally iâd be willing to sellâ.
Gen really hadnât thought that far. She just wanted a place that was a little smaller, and a little farther from people. âHonestly, I donât really mind. As long as itâs as far away as possible from the town, Iâll be good. I already work with people all day, I just want to be able to catch a break once in a while. And clearly, my current house doesnât give me that opportunity.â

âI didnât- I didnât do anything; let GO of me.â
âI suggest you let go of her before I get you arrested. From what I saw, you were the one who stole.â Genesis said as she stepped in, glaring at the man who was holding the younger woman.
