Hello, my name is Tay and this is my precious babe Geni. Sheâs a longtime character that Iâve had for several years and decided to refresh and revamp a little. I am so excited to play her and in such a new setting. I canât wait to plot with yâall. Oh, and her nickname is pronounced like âJennyâ.

They are a [ EXECUTIVE CHEF ] and in their downtime love [ FARMERâS MARKETS ] and [ WORKING OUT ]. They look a lot like [ SHAY MITCHELL ] and live [ ON REDCLIFF ST ].
Geniâs full longer bio can be found on her page. Now, onto some fun facts:
Geniâs birthday is the 5th of December. So, sheâs a Sagittarius.Â
Geni is highkey materialistic and very into fashion and having pretty things.
Sheâs very nice! She always tries to be upbeat and be kind. But it can be a struggle sometimes. No one ever said it was easy to be a nice, good person.Â
Sheâs lowkey bisexual but has never really been with a woman. (Except one...) Sheâs kissed a lot of women âfor funâ though.Â
Spent a few years travelling in her late teens and early twenties. Has a mad case of wanderlust that sheâs really had to curb in the last few years. Tries to travel whenever she can.Â
Is a Trained Chef. Went to Culinary school in the States and in France.Â
Spent several years in her mid 20s in England and France (and tripping around Europe) as a chef and caterer.Â
She was engaged, briefly at 21, to the son of an Italian vineyard owner. Only said yes at the time because she loved his family more than she really loved him.Â
Had a passionate, infatuated love affair with an older French woman that ended up breaking her heart.Â
She has a younger sister Lillian who is a nurse. She has a niece and a nephew, Angelica and Andrew, that she adores.Â
Spent close to a year in a relationship with a professional wrestler before meeting her current ex. They may have overlapped slightly.Â
Geni had a four year relationship with a professional NBA player. They fell in love and she moved to San Antonio to be with him. They had a child and she thought they were going to live happily ever after. Things had been on the rocks for a while before they moved to LA and eventually broke up.Â
Worked for a catering company in San Antonio as one of the lead caterers.Â
Geni co-owns 3 restaurants with her mother; Suttonâs, eightysevens bistro (both in San Francisco) & Suttonâs LA. She is the Executive Chef at Suttonâs LA.Â
She absolutely adores her daughter Ariana and enjoys being a mother so much. Even if learning how to co-parent has been a struggle.Â
Sheâs rather in to spirituality and conspiracy theories.Â
âA lot of time and effort probably,â Geni replied with a bit of a laugh. She wasnât drinking tonight, she was working the next day. But it was her first Valentineâs Day in 5 years that she was single and she needed to get out of the house and be amongst the people. It hadnât helped that sheâd seen her ex had a new girlfriend that he was spending the day with. She turned to look at the man next to her a little more. âAt least you got the reference though. I think the only Edgar Allen Poe poem I know is that one about the raven?â she sighed, shaking her head a little. Literature was not her thing.Â
âOh, the evermore? Nevermore? Something like that. Trust me, Iâm not really into poetry myself. I liked school, but not enough to want to actually read the books.â At least he wasnât alone in that. Half of the time it felt like the people he knew here were literary geniuses â or he was simply an idiot. The latter sounded more factual. âI donât think weâve met yet. Think I wouldâve remembered you,â he adds, holding out a hand. âJavier.â
âYeah, that sounds about right,â Geni laughed, grinning a little at his words. She nodded as he spoke; sheâd never been that into books either. She was much more of a tactile person. âIâm not much for poetry either. So, youâre not alone in that respect at least,â she continued, running a hand through her hair. An eyebrow rose at his words and she chuckled a little more as she extended her hand to shake his. âNo, I donât think we have. And Iâll choose to take that as a compliment,â she teased. âItâs a pleasure to meet you Javier. Iâm Genevieve, but most people call me Geni,â she told him with a smile.Â

At least he remembered his tie, though itâs incredible heâs found a suit for the occasion. Itâs an all-purpose night: a successful gig? Check. Have a few drinks and be among other people for once? Double-triple check. âHow do they even come up with these names?â he asks the person beside him at the main bar, pointing to The Annabel Lee in front of him. âIâm lucky if I remember half of these Edgar Allen poems.â

âWhat? Not a fan of musicals? I bet you hate Rocky Horror Picture Show when they do the callbacks and singalongs.âÂ
[//]
ânot a fan of people thinking they are the next mariahâ jax answers dryly. âactually dont mind that one. halloween is banging when people come in costume.â
âMariah is Mariah! But still, people are just having fun. Isnât that what the singalongs are about?â she asked amused. She chuckled then. âI mean, I suppose that makes it a little more fun. Especially if the costumes are good. I bet youâve dressed up as Dr. FrankânâFurter before, havenât you?â
Geni was taking a much needed break, she needed fresh air, sheâd never much liked being cooped up inside. Walking past the firestation, she looked curiously at the table and woman set up outside and then grinned a little when she saw the calendars. She wasnât a perve but who didnât love a good firefighter calendar and it was always for a good cause.Â
She laughed a little at the womanâs words and stopped, glancing down at the calendars for a moment. âAre you in this too?â she asked curiously, a smirk on her lips and an eyebrow raised. âHow much? Itâs for a good cause, right?â she chuckled in amusement, already reaching into her pocket for some cash.Â
a look of absolute disbelief at the question, almost horrified that the other brunette would even ask that. âdo you see this beautiful specimen of fire-fighting gorgeousness?â she asked, a hand gesturing to herself. âthatâd be insane not to have included me.â did that answer that question? a calendar was pushed across the table. âaugust, if you want to have a sneak peak.â elliot chuckled, a cheeky grin spreading in her lips. âtheyâre fifteen bucks, all goes to support the fire house.â everything that had gone into the making of the calendar had been done for free, the photographer donating their time, a local printing house putting them together free of charge.Â
Geni laughed, absolutely amused by the confidence and self-assuredness. âWell, in that case,â she teased, pretending to flip through the calendar to the 8th month. She pulled out three $5 bills, handing them over to the other woman with ease. âIâm always happy to support our firefighters,â Geni mused, still grinning at the other woman. âHave you been a firefighter long?â she asked curiously.
An eyebrow rose in amusement at the brunetteâs words from beside her, letting out a chuckle. She didnât have Ari for the weekend and knew she could cut a little loose. She turned to smirk at the brunette. âWell, what are you drinking then?â Geni asked with a laugh and a grin, sipping her own drink to finish it. She leant a little closer, curious about the other woman. âSo, why a one time only night off?â she asked, turning to look at the other woman properly.Â
âMe? Iâve gotâŚâ Trailing off, she observes her half-emptied glass with a hum of interest. ââŚwhiskey, but Iâm not opposed to switching it up for shots. What about you, whatâs in that?â Echo mirrors the other womanâs movements, turning the bar stool to face her moreso than the counter top as she mulls over her question. âWorkaholic, mostly. I donât get out much, if that ainât clear. Donât think Iâve ever seen you around Silver Lake before â are you from around here or are you passing through?â As an afterthought, she extends a hand. âEcho.â
âWell, tequila shots are a classic,â Geni told her with a grin, laughing lightly. She lifts her own glass up a little before taking a sip. âThis is a mojito,â she replied easily. She couldnât help but laugh a little at the other womanâs words. âOh I understand that,â Geni told her, before shaking her head. âBut I live here in Silver Lake. I just...work a lot and usually at night. And if Iâm not working, Iâm usually with my kid. I donât socialise as much as I like to,â Geni laughed, shaking her head a little. Her social life really had dipped since sheâd moved here. She let her hand meet the otherâs in a handshake. âGeni,â she said. âInteresting name though.â

had elliot volunteered to man the little table theyâd set up outside the firestation? you bet. while she wasnât exactly a fan of the girl-scout vibes, she was more than ready to throw herself into selling the calendars â- mostly because she starred in it. sure, she was only a trainee, but their division was apparently lacking in women enough to include her, which elliot was positive would only help their cause. âcome get your calendars - the sexiest calendar youâll find this year.â the brunette grinned, leaning on the table. âand if you want it signed, you only gotta ask.âÂ

farmerâs market, Saturday morning.
open to anyone
â Iâve already had one⌠is two coffees before 10 am a bad thing?â sheâd been up since fucking five thirty in the morning thanks to her daughterâs pony club event. she had planned to stay and watch her daughter all morning, however, sheâd been shooed away after the first event. Great. she was already too lame for her eight year old. âfuck it. two coffeeâs it is.â
Geni couldnât help but laugh at Milaâs question, shaking her head. âNo. Two coffees before ten is not a bad thing. Go for it,â Geni told her with a grin. The Saturday farmerâs market was one of Geniâs favorite places and she was glad her friend was with her. âWhatâs got you out here though? I feel like itâs been forever since Iâve seen you out,â Geni asked curiously, keeping a firm hand on Ariana by her side as they walked. The toddler was occupied with the small carton of fresh berries in her little basket though.Â
âFuck,â Geni gasped in surprise, a prickle of pain shooting through her nose. Immediately, a hand came up to press against her nose, it was tender but it didnât feel broken. She shook her head as the woman that had accidentally socked her spoke, asking if anything was broken. Frowning, she pulled her hand away and cringed at the faintest speckle of blood on her fingers. Well, shit. âA little bit,â Geni said, glancing up at the other woman before reaching into her handbag for the packet of baby wipes she was sure she had in there. âGoddamn youâre strong.â
â˘
âIâm so sorry. Are you okay?â She bit her lip, âsorry thatâs a dumb question ââ can I do anything? I have some TylenolâŚor I can grab you ice.â Sophie barely awaited her response, helping the other to the side and out of the way of the crowd swelling around them. âCan I see? Iâm no doctor but Iâd like to help.â Despite having caused the incident in the first place.Â
âI mean...not really? I am bleeding,â Geni said a little sarcastically. Finally she found the baby wipes, pulling one out with ease and bringing it up to her nose tentatively. She let the other woman help her to the side, too focused on cleaning off the little speckles of blood. It wasnât a lot of blood at least, though she was curious if her nose was damaged in some way. At the other womanâs question, she pulled her hands from her nose, glancing up at her. âDoes it look bad? I donât think itâs broken,â Geni said, wincing a little when she grimaced. She really didnât want her nose to be stuffed up.Â
I believe Iâve seen her before!! Sheâs the type of woman that makes me tongue-tied trying to speak to...just the way she carries herself. I suppose pass just because we really havenât spoken. Itâs weird to say Iâd âsmashâ with someone I donât know at all.
It had been a long time since Geni had been to a house party like this and frankly she was starting to realise it wasnât really her scene anymore. The music was good but she hardly knew anyone and though she could turn on the charm and friendliness, Geni didnât feel like. Her inner social butterfly wasnât in the mood for once.Â
She was surprised from her thoughts when she heard a voice and realised that another woman was talking to her. âOh. Not really deep thoughts,â Geni chuckled, flashing the other woman a warm, sweet smile. âMostly just realising house partyâs arenât exactly my thing anymore,â she told her with a chuckle, shrugging a little. âIâm Geni! By the way. I donât think weâve met.â
Sreva scrunched her nose. âI feel that. Usually chill gatherings are a blast, but I get the vibe that this crowd never grew out of their college days. Iâm mostly here for the dog.â She gestured to the chihuahua in question, a tiny awkward thing with a fuzzy sweater, who was trotting around peopleâs ankles and looking for scraps. She held out her hand to Geni. âSreva! Nice to meet you.â
Her gaze flickered over to the speaker, hooked up to someoneâs phone and playing some generic electronic beat, and glanced back at Geni with a sparkle in her eye. âHow about we take over the playlist?â
Geni laughed a little at the other womanâs words, grinning as she nodded. âYeah, I can definitely see that,â Geni joked, taking a moment to glance around the party before her eyes settled on the dog. It was small and kind of ugly and looked a little out of place in the house and around all these people. She took the other womanâs hand giving a light shake. âNice to meet you too. Cool name, if I can say that,â Geni told her, grinning at Sreva once again.Â
Her smile widened and an eyebrow rose at Srevaâs next words. âSure. Electronica has never really been my favorite,â Geni told her with a laugh and a shrug of her shoulders. âWhatâre you thinking?â she asked curiously.Â
Geni was in a rush, sheâd been at Suttonâs all day. But now she was meeting a friend for dinner and hopefully drinks. She felt like she needed them. As soon as she saw Clary she grinned, pulling the seat out eagerly to sit down. âHi! Iâm so sorry Iâm late,â Geni apologised with a sweet smile, sitting down across from the blonde. âI got held up,â she said with a chuckle. She felt bad that sheâd made the other woman wait. âI hear they make great cocktails here though,â she mentioned, as she settled in her seat and reached for a moment. She hadnât been here before but sheâd heard good things. âHow are you? How was your day?â Geni asked curiously, smiling wide at the other woman.Â
Grinning at her friend, Clary scooted closer to the table so they could speak. âDonât worry about it! You know Iâll always wait for you!â Brushing the other womanâs worry away, she picked up a menu to look at the food options as well as her next drink. âI heard that too! I got this cocktail called Blood and Sand. The name leaves a lot to be desired but its really good! You can have a sip if you want.â At the question, Clary sighed and shrugged. âI had a lot of cases today. You know how busy we get but damn⌠It was a lot. And some of them were sad so itâs just bee difficult.âÂ
Geni grinned, nodding her head. âThatâs good to know,â she teased lightly, eyes scanning the menu once again. She was listening to Clary and then frowned a little when she heard the name of the cocktail. âI...have never heard of that. Which is saying something,â Geni laughed, as she grinned at the blonde. âYeah?â she asked, at the offered sip, intrigued by the drink.Â
Clary began talking about her day then and Geni sighed sadly. She didnât think she could do the kind of work Clary did. âIt sounds like you definitely need that drink then. Is it...always so difficult?â she asked curiously. Being a chef was worlds away from being a social worker.Â
âHey, you doing alright there?â Sipping chamomile at a house party, Sreva glanced over at someone near the edge of the room, and spoke up before she stopped to consider whether it was her place to. âYou look like youâre thinkinâ some deep thoughts, and this doesnât seem like the occasion for, well, thinking in general. Whatâs up?â @slchatâ
