As an OG Starco shipper (before was converted to Stomco) I’m a bit disappointed with how Starco came to be..? I mean, if we really only have on episode left….this was planned, horribly. Instead of wasting so much time on Star’s relationship with Tom that would only hurt him in the end this season could’ve been about building Starco up and having them get together earlier so we as the audience can bond with them as a couple would have been better. Especially since one of the big things now is that if Star destroys magic she’ll lose Marco and while we love their friendship it would’ve been a better pay off if we had some time to grow comfortable with seeing them as a couple and therefore devastated at the idea of them being torn apart; as Star is saying “my boyfriend belongs with me” instead of my best friend.

The way this season has been handled has been all wrong. I of course want Star, Tom, and Marco to all end up together but obviously that won’t happen but even if it did NOW? it’d be horribly paced! If there was another season planned maybe it’d be irredeemable but this is it…they could’ve handled this better, they truly could have. No one wins with this, not even Starco as they get a half assed relationship.

i’m just saying, if they wanted starco to be endgame so badly, why did they spend so much time developing tom and star’s relationship to just slap starco in the last 3 episodes lmao like,,,,
