Esme realized that she was starving, she had to pee, and she had no way to use the restroom or take a shower here on this land. So, she had to travel to the park which was a few miles away. She had to get a taxi because walking the streets would have been too dangerous. $10! So expensive to travel here. She decided she'd have to be wise about how she spent the rest of the money she had left from her savings in high school. When she did get to the park, the sun was setting, and thoughts of her father weighed on her. Esme washed her hands, and tried to find some food. Someone had left a plate of hot dogs on the table in the park. Flies were flying around it excitedly, but her stomach turned and grumbled at the sight of the food, so, she took a plate and sat down and ate the food, realizing how difficult just in her first day, what it was going to be like living without her dad.

Esme tried to get past her sadness by finding some plants around the land she'd found to be empty of houses. There was a small plot of land that didn't seem to have anyone living near it that would report her for being there alone, and she chose to dig around for some food. She found two strawberry plants, and an onion plant. She chose to keep about six of each for planting and kept the rest for eating. She planted the strawberry seeds and onions and waited. She knew that if she could get better at planting and growing she would possibly be able to sell her fruits. She also remembered that her father was really good at digging for gems and artifacts out of the earth--he'd taught her the same. She dug for a while and came up with a few small stones she sold for some cash.

Esme witnessed her own father's death, unexpected and severe. The heat in the place that they had moved was much hotter than he'd ever experienced. She couldn't stand the thought of living with her mother, who she just couldn't stand. So, she took off. But the loss of her father, made her very distraught as she found her new home.

Off to University!

Hello everyone!

Chelsey here! I'm posting this to let you all know, (the four followers I have so far that I MEGA appreciate for following my dear sims) that I'll be starting my 6th semester of university tomorrow! I am really happy about this and wanted to share it. It's good news. Also. I wanted to give an update on my sim families and how they are doing in relation to the challenges they are part of.

100 Generation Challenge - The Geist Family

Ariel Geist is my matriarch and currently she is the mother of four children. Peter, Hansel, Gretel, and Tinker. Their names are based off of fairytale stories per the rules. In my last chapter, Peter got in an accident and passed away. I haven't posted a recent chapter yet, but it will be posted by Wednesday on my blog.

Legacy Challenge - The Marlow Family

I have not started the Marlow Family legacy just yet. I am waiting until next week once I purchase the expansion pack for their story to begin.

Room Challenge/100 Baby Challenge- Tortilla (Tia) Jackson, Jackson Family

Currently our matriarch/roomie is Tortilla (or Tia for short) Jackson. She's currently working on painting and selling the paintings to make money. She's also received a message online from a RedRidingHoodwink username. This particular user is proving to be rather creepy, suggesting that he/she is watching Tia during the day, and plans to meet her in real life soon. Tia longs for a family, and hopes to have as many babies as possible once she's able to break the quarantine.

100 Baby Challenge Pt. 2 - The Oaken Family

The Oaken family is mothered by Lily Oaken. I haven't started the new updated version of this legacy just yet, but I will also begin that shortly.

100 Baby Challenge Pt. 3 - The Wight Family

I haven't started this 100 Baby Challenge, because I am waiting for part 1 (Tia Jackson) to be complete and 1/2 of part 2 (Lily Oaken) to be complete to begin this series of challenges.

Roomies Challenge - FPN Red Covet

Red Covet, is RedRidingHoodwink from our Room challenge, and she hasn't yet been started. I will start this challenge VERY soon, in order to meet up the timeline of her meeting Tia.

Asylum Challenge - FPN Geist Family

This family is tied into the original founding family, by blood. The trait is insanity, and will be linked back to Ariel Geist's first four children. Not started.

Disney Princess Challenge - Booke Family

Not yet started, but will begin with Snowe Wight Booke, our first princess Story.

Going Solo Challenge - DeMilo Family

Not started yet, but will begin with Orion DeMilo.

Runaway Teen Challenge - Deveraux Family

This story began yesterday with Esmerelde Deveraux. She is on her own, and witnessed her father's death right before her eyes. She even had a chat with Death himself, and grew to like him a bit. Esme is working hard to turn the land her father died on into her own safe haven. We don't know her very well, but we have a feeling that we will get to know her soon.

Homeless Challenge - Woodcort Family

This story has not begun. But will be tied in with the Runaway Teen Challenge so will begin shortly with Eric Woodcort.

30 DAYS OF SIMS CHALLENGE - DAY 5

Your favorite EA object in the game.

My favorite EA object is the coffee pot. I know that sounds really silly, but in all honesty I think it's one of those EA objects that really makes the sim game feel like real life. In my life, I drink about 10 cups of coffee a day. I know, it can't be good for me, but I'm awake because of it, haha! But, I go through the process of cleaning out the filter, putting in a new filter and filling it with coffee--and then waiting for the coffee to brew all of the time! It's a really surreal sensation to watch my sim me do the same thing! I just love the coffee pot!

30 DAY SIMS CHALLENGE - Day 2 - A house you built.

This is the house I built onto my Room Challenge family, the Jackson family. Currently, the house is not really used by my Room challenge sim, Tortilla because she is still in the midst of the challenge. But, once she is done with it; I will build a door and then she'll have the entirety of the house to make her own. The reason there are so many childrens beds in this house is because I am combining Tortilla (Tia) and her Room Challenge with a 100 Baby challenge. She'll be my first 100 baby mother.

So, she'll need the large house!
