I was at the game as well. From my POV:
Paigeās fall happened right in front of me. That area was pretty slick, as they kept pausing the game to check on that one spot and rewipe it. At one point, it took over 3 minutes to wipe. Once she fell hard, someone fell hard on her as she twisted her neck. The whole rest of the night, she was twisting her neck back and forth testing it. Honestly, she should NOT HAVE GONE back in!! My whole row and I were baffled by that. A good coach would have pulled her to rest.
Paige looked off most of the night, and Azzi did look shaken (as did most of Dallas).
My whole section was baffled at how many fouls were called on Dallas, but not the same called on Atlanta. The inconsistency is where injury occurs too. (and I genuinely have an equal love for ATL and DAL - my home city vs. my fav players)
I met Paige before the game (us season ticket holders get to go in early, so I caught her warm up as asked for a signature as she walked off. She looked exhausted honestly when I talked to her)
