Red velvet cake isn’t super sweet, actually! It has a bit of a tang, since vinegar happens to be one of the ingredients. People do sometimes use a white chocolate frosting between the layers, though it’s more common to use a cream cheese based or a regular vanilla buttercream frosting. To be honest, I’m not too entirely familiar with the baking language either, since it’s more of a hobby than a job.

My favorite thing to bake would definitely have to be chocolate chip cookies. Even though it’s a pretty basic recipe, you can add so many different things to it to make it come out different each time, from the amount of a certain ingredient to even the amount of time the dough rests. Though, a close second would have to be red velvet cake, mostly because of the fact that I got to use a recipe from a book I got for my birthday.

Chocolate chip cookies, yes. I wouldn't be alarmed if we baked a batch together and they'd go missing in an instant. They are classics and are absolutely timeless. This red velvet cake sounds special to you. Is it very sweet? I have seen folks use chocolate to stack them up. Or.... lather them in between the layers. I am not familiar with the baking language.

Favorite foods? That’s definitely a tough question, though a few of my favorites have to be chicken fried rice, curry, and potato leek soup. I also have a weakness for anything sweet too, and it doesn’t help that I know how to bake.

I’ve only really seen dendrobiums in photos, actually, though it’s a dream of mine to someday go to Inazuma to properly see them in nature. As for hydrangeas and peonies, they’re both flowers from where I’m from. Both are able to come in a variety of colors, and from what I’ve read, the color that a hydrangea has depends on the soil's pH level, though the most common color they come in is white.

That sounds very interesting, and the hydrangea sounds absolutely breathtaking. Similarly to the floral environment in Teyvat, different flowers may respond differently to the conditions of the soil. Poor gaze lilies and silk flowers are slowly losing their beauty compared to hundreds of years ago. I would love to curate a bouquet of gaze lilies and dendrobiums for you, if you'd let me, of course.
