Perfect lunch or dinner!
Smoothie: lots of strawberries, raspberries … with milk of your choice & 1 or 2 sweet bananas!
Wrap: use a whole wheat chia wrap and spread some hummus on it. Now add some veggies, salad, avocado, red cabbage, curry chicken, chickpeas in it and roll it to wrap & enjoy!
Salad: use your fav veggies, cut them into small piece and combine them with your fav carbs (rice, quinoa, couscous etc.) into the bowl. Also add some chickpeas, avocado, kale and maybe some cranberries & walnuts. You can also add some vegan or real chicken on top.
