Only did about 40 minutes at the gym today. Had no time during the day to go (sad, I know) so I had to go after my 7-10:30 shift! Cray cray. Start work at 7 tomorrow morning l, going to be tired and sore for day 6! Just glad I made it today on day 5.

Holy gymoley just did a massive workout with my friend ash! 3:30-5:45!! So tired and so sore but so glad I did it! Have work in half an hour earning some $$$ for my travels at the end of the year which I will do a blog post about soon!
Day 4 already! Woke up early and had some museli with honey and a slice of Vegemite toast for brekky (so Australian) (breakfast of the greats) not too hungry yet but about to hit up the gym again! No cyclonic rainy weather I will not let you hold me back! Or you blister on my toe causing me awful pain in my running shoes. I am Laura and I will gym! Muaha
Talking plans with mum and dad tonight (airport plans whatwhat) thinking we'll go traveling together around 'murica and the such then a family Chrissy in Finland. Then I will go direct to Europe and explore on my own (probably with my elusive friend jack, if he sticks with me!!) so excited, but leaving in November I have a lot of work to do
Horrid photo but there are people around XD beat yesterday's personal best (or the day before didn't post much yesterday) but I did 3ks on the bike in 9:45 which beat my 10:00 on Wednesday! Yeeah!? Now to die with some weights '-_-'
Gym third day in a row! Dead. Tired. Not keen. But keen. Also hungry. I'm so full from that salad. Not. I wish. Fwar.
Day two hasn't been so great, but I was on my feet at work all day and I'm going to the gym in a few hours!! Please forgive me health gods ill do better tomorrow!
Started work at 5:30 am this morning (death to me) so I had some toast with avocado and a small bowl of museli. I'm having a two hour break now got a subway for lunch and I start work again at 12-3. Then maybe gym? I don't know I'm pretty fucking tired to put it nicely ><
Feel so good and motivated after gym! My friend wanted to get some lunch and then watch Star Wars so I got a 6inch ham subway and a bottle of coke zero! Hopefully this health kick stays ..
Just walked/joggedbadly for half an hour rather than driving to get to the gym! Just finished a 3k bike ride on level six, took me 10 minutes which is my average. Would like to see that number decrease with time! Feeling good loving my cold water bottle right now and have 'dirty paws' by Of Monsters and Men on repeat! Love
Made a new gym playlist today!! Completely obsessed with macklemores new album "the heist" !! Favorites are ten thousand hours and can't hold us! Go listen if you haven't heard them.. Seriously they've been on repeat for a good 24 hours. Lovelovelove
