Passed on the Chinese buffet with coworkers for beans and quinoa at my desk. Here’s to hoping these consistent changes pay off in the long run.

Today’s run fucking sucked both mentally and physically. I guess the important thing is that I ran even though I really didn’t want to.
Had a great weekend with my guy! We danced the night away and had the best time. ☺️ The best wedding date a girl could ask for
Pushed it hard today and ran 2 miles in 35 minutes. Today marks the first day that I’ve run one consecutive mile! I’m super proud of myself for staying consistent and staying on track with my eating. Weigh in tomorrow
Pics or it didn’t happen! Yesterday’s run was a really great one for me. I pushed myself hard but I didn’t over exert myself. Still working on finding my balance. Today marks one week of consistency! Yoga is on the agenda for tonight.
Still sticking to the routine! Marshall and I went on a run yesterday at the park. We did 3 miles which is half of what we will be running during the race. It felt good and like I could go a little bit longer. I’m trying to pace myself and keep my fitness/nutrition sustainable. So far so good!
once you stop fantasizing about that ideal version of yourself and start working towards becoming that person by setting your alarm clock earlier and actually going to the gym and actually volunteering at places and actually eating healthier and not procrastinating and working just a little bit harder you’ll realize that it was so easy all along. becoming your ideal self will only ever exist in your mind until you make the decision to work towards becoming that person. get up!! get going!! it’s now or never!! there is no light at the end of the tunnel!! get that flashlight and pave your own path bitch bc no one else is going to do it for u!!

Another run for the books! This one was super difficult for me. I’m not sure if it was the rain, lack of music, or something else entirely. Looking forward to some yoga tomorrow to give my body some healing.
Good run today! Ran for intervals of .5 mi and .25 walk.
