Hi~ My name is Jules and this is what I looked like at this years Talladega Nights Christmas party.
Pls be kind, I'm learning to be comfortable in front of the camera but trust i knowww
I'm 32 and had a gastric sleeve weight loss surgery in July 2024. After a lifetime of disordered eating, loathing my body, yo-yoing, and frankly, a shit-ton of traumatic family "input" - I did this for myself.
I've lost nearly 60lbs but have stagnated. Accountability + community have always been motivating, so here we are.
I'll be:
healing my shit
Traxking my meals/cals
logging progress
sharing thoughts, wins, and struggles
READ: I'm on a clinical diet monitored by my GP and surgical team that is extremely restrictive and reductive. It comes with a handful of supplements (literal gag) and check-ins. As such, I will not be giving out "diet" advice.
Having said that.. If you’ve had to deal with forced diets, body shaming from family, bullying, binge and p*rging, starving, trying to use drugs to lose weight.. and so much more, let’s be friends ❤︎︎
