Charlie tries to be nice, but sometimes you gotta teach a guy a lesson I guess lol Can I be honest with you guys?

I didn't now this guy had a name or remember that he was in the pilot until I finished this, I just remembered him as that one background character in losing streak, I liked his design and thought I'd use him as sort of a meat puppet for this idea, but funny enough the voice and attitude aren't even that off lolol so all's well that ends well I suppose!
