one thing i like a lot about crashberry is the storytelling potential in their class differences... like yes that divide exists between dennis and most of his coworkers, but victoria especially. like she was raised by two high-powered doctors, child prodigy, the whole shebang. meanwhile, dennis was literally homeless before starting his ER rotation, and even before that, it's heavily implied that he comes from a poor family (first in his family to go to college, even though he has three older brothers. "they sacrificed a lot to get me here." like yes most people interpret this as relating to his family having a religious opposition to higher education, but let's not ignore the obvious).
anyway, i don't have a ton to say about this at the moment but they really have such an interesting dynamic. i saw someone refer to it as "a princess and her stable hand" and it's like. Yes. Yeah. anyway just look at them 😭
