Odd Times

Southern Kids N' Play

  Matt Licari's been hopping back and forth over the Mason Dixon line more than the average trucker, but not without good cause.  Most recently, he  traveled to Richmond, Virginia to shoot a campaign for ChildSavers and Richmond Memorial Health Foundation (RMHF) celebrating the mental health and happiness of Virginia's children.

Somebody Loves These Girls

  Resident director Duffy Higgins just wrapped the official music video for "Somebody Love Those Girls" by Lindsay Ellyn, a New York-based singer/songwriter with little twang and a big heart.  The video's stunning black and white visuals tell a moody, introspective story that (temporarily) slows down time in the fast-paced city.

Photographer and Illustrator Natalie Shau continues to expand her repertoire of skills, diving into the world of fashion this month with custom handmade silk tunics displaying her art.  We can only hope this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship between art and clothes.

 And it’s about time! We’re all itching to shed the layers and bathe our pale bodies in a little light, but cancer’s not on the To Do list this summer. It’s all about girl power in the magical land of Natalie Shau. If you’re new to Natalie’s fantastical photo-illustrations, get prepared for an overload of gothic goddess wonderment. Her artwork for jewelry designer Lydia Courteille’s new collection and her cover for Estonian pop-princess Kerli’s new album “Utopia” hit stores earlier this year, while her cover of the highly-anticipated novel Passionaries, the second installment of “THE BLESSED” series by Tonya Hurley, lands in bookstores later this year.
