All loss is difficult. Every kind of it. But I was not angered when my grandparents died; they had lived seventy or eighty-something wonderful years of life. They got married. They had kids. They had grandchildren. They passed on. It’s what happens. But when the boy from church committed suicide and when my best friend’s addiction got the best of her and when my neighbor’s heart stopped beating at age thirty-two, I was destroyed. That kind of loss is the worst. That kind of loss shatters your world and cuts you open with the broken pieces.

"You built a home in my heart, and I don’t know if I’m strong enough to tear it down." - H. J.
For the anon that wanted my handlettering of a text post that I made yesterday. Hope you guys enjoy it. This is also one of my own pictures too.
never let this die
HAHAHAHAHA I FUCKING LOVE MARK RUFFALO
Women: Why do men spit in public?
Men: Where ELSE should we spit? On you??? Do you want us to spit on YOU!?! Alright, FINE.
Women: A teenage girls bra strap shouldn't be a reason to send her home.
Men: Okay. Okay, alright. Alright, okay, okay. Well why don't I just PULL MY DICK OUT IN CLASS THEN!?!?
Women: A person should have the right to an abortion.
Men: Ohhhhh women want abortions! Well men should be able to rape them, that seems like the logical equivalent of this situation.
Women: Women need to defend themselves from violent men.
Men: Oh, what, you can hit me but I can't hit you!? why CAN'T I hit you? WHEN can I hit you??? Tell me when I can hit you, please. I want to know. I need to know.
Women: Men overreact a lot.
Men: WHOA. Why would you go there? Why do you generalize all men like that? I feel so attacked. This is so hurtful.
Men: This is why no one likes feminists.

Shout that from the rooftops
I don’t think enough people can hear this
Did you know that the people who are usually the strongest are usually also the most sensitive? Did you know that the people who exhibit the most kindness are usually the first to be mistreated? Did you know that the one who takes care of others all the time is usually the one who needs care the most? Do you know that the three hardest things to say are: I love you, I'm sorry, and Help me? Random acts of kindness mean more than you will ever be able to comprehend.
ahh if only i could live here.

What if all women were bigger and stronger than you? And thought they were smarter? What if women were the ones who started wars? What if too many of your friends had been raped by women wielding giant dildos and no K-Y Jelly? What if the state trooper who pulled you over on the New Jersey Turnpike was a woman and carried a gun? What if the ability to menstruate was the prerequisite for most high-paying jobs? What if your attractiveness to women depended on the size of your penis? What if every time women saw you they’d hoot and make jerking motions with their hands? What if women were always making jokes about how ugly penises are and how bad sperm tastes? What if you had to explain what’s wrong with your car to big sweaty women with greasy hands who stared at your crotch in a garage where you are surrounded by posters of naked men with hard-ons? What if men’s magazines featured cover photos of 14-year-old boys with socks tucked into the front of their jeans and articles like: “How to tell if your wife is unfaithful” or “What your doctor won’t tell you about your prostate” or “The truth about impotence”? What if the doctor who examined your prostate was a woman and called you “Honey”? What if you had to inhale your boss’ stale cigar breath as she insisted that sleeping with her was part of the job? What if you couldn’t get away because the company dress code required you wear shoes designed to keep you from running? And what if after all that women still wanted you to love them?

People speak sometimes about the ‘bestial’ cruelty of man, but that is terribly unjust and offensive to beasts, no animal could ever be so cruel as a man, so artfully, so artistically cruel.
