We were displaced more than 40 times during a two-year war (a holocaust). Finally, they destroyed everything we owned, our lives, our homes, our businesses, and the lives of our children.💔😔

The war has stopped, but life hasn't returned. They left us stranded with nothing—no shelter, no education, no life with even the most basic necessities.😭

It’s been a year and seven months of war, and we’re still just trying to survive day by day.

My name is Ghada, I’m a mother of two little children — Mona, 2 years old, and Ahmed, 9 months old.

Our home was destroyed, our work is gone, and everything we dreamed of disappeared under the rubble.

Every day, I fight to feed my kids, to find milk for my baby, to give them a moment of safety in a place that has none.

But honestly… I’m exhausted. 💔

Tired of silence, of waiting, of feeling helpless.

I never imagined I’d write a post asking for help, but the war has taken everything — our dignity, our safety, even our ability to start again.

My daughter is only two years old…

She suddenly screams and covers her tiny ears:

‘Stop it, buzzing plane!’

At her age, she shouldn’t know what a warplane is.

She shouldn’t be able to tell the difference between silence and bombing.

But she’s from Gaza…

And Gaza taught her fear before it taught her words.

She should have grown up with toys and laughter,

But she’s growing up under drones and destruction.

Today, my daughter is hungry.

She’s not crying for candy.

She’s crying for a piece of bread,

a biscuit,

a drop of clean water.

There’s no food.

Shelves are empty.

There’s no milk.

No medicine.

Not even a candle to keep the darkness away.

My little girl sleeps hungry and wakes up to explosions.

And I, her mother, can’t even whisper, “It’s going to be okay.”

Because nothing is okay.

Death is near.

And hunger lives in our home.

If you love Palestine, look into our children’s eyes.

See their pain.

Hear their cries.
