1000 steps to get up here and it's all worth it 💙💙💙 it's time to say good bye to Nepal, truly one of the most authentic experiences I had ❤️ met amazing local farmers 🙏🏽 visited more than 6 organics farms 🌳🌿had the best vegan food ever 😋 learned so much about the Himalaya 🙌🏼 I met lots of inspiring people,, and gained so much knowledge about being in nature and self healing 💚💚 I can't wait to apply this into my life back in Doha.. Why I try to eat mostly RAW ? Raw vegan food is alive 🙌🏼 full of life forces 💪🏼enzymes, vitamins and minerals🍍🍇🍒🍌🍐🍊🍋🍏 Beside being uncooked it's mostly unprocessed and organic food like fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sea vegetables and sprouts.. Eating raw food increases my energy, improves the look of my skin, and defiantly aid to a better digestion.
