My theory on how Rumi’s mom died:

Idk if anything is confirmed and I haven’t rly read any theories on this so my apologies if someone else spouted the same shit i’m abt to say !!! Someone probably has tbh it’s not a crazy theory

So we know that Rumi’s mom was a human (though a hunter), and her dad was/is a demon. I think her body physically was unable to handle growing a baby that was half demon, and though she somehow made it to the end of the pregnancy, her body finally gave out after giving birth and she died right after childbirth. Also I think her mom and Celine were lesbian lovers and the demon was a rebound/j
