"The Guardian Angel" of Morioh

(real name: Reimi Sugimoto)

History Fifteen years ago, Reimi was killed in her home while saving a young boy from the same fate. This should have been the end of her story, but higher powers decided otherwise. She was returned to the living world, armed with new powers and a new mission: to stop her killer from continuing his crime spree and to bring him to justice. She was able to uphold the first half of her mission for the next three years, but not even the forces that brought her back could have anticipated the power of a Stand Arrow. 

Unable to save these victims, Reimi devoted herself to finding ways to bring Morioh's hidden killer to justice. For the last twelve years, she has been unsuccessful- until new players entered the fray. Perhaps now she has a chance to fulfill her mission...

Powers In addition to conditional invisibility and teleportation, Reimi has the ability to delay a person's death. This can take the form of stopping wounds from bleeding out, circulating blood if the heart isn't beating, and preventing poisons and infections from spreading and causing damage. She can only use this power on one person at a time, and instantaneous deaths are unaffected by her power. Once she stops using her ability, the injuries will continue- she does not have any power to heal.

Miscellaneous Reimi can only be seen by other people possessing supernatural abilities like herself. Arnold does not share any of her powers aside from the invisibility, but he makes up for it with pettability and a very cute resting face.
