”Maybe hide and seek?” she suggested, giggling some herself as she landed before him now. “We can hide almost anywhere in here after all!”
When she was with her precious Ryou she seemed quite normal. This wasn’t the psychotic girl in red who killed for the sheer joy of murdering others, this was a little girl who played for the sake of playing.
"Ffat sounds good! Let's play hide and seek, ffen!"
Joy seemed to fill him, and in a very childish manner rather than a vengeful one. She always seemed so happy around him, too -- around each other, maybe they were more like regular children than vengeful spirits whatsoever. In any case, it was clear to him that she cared for him, more than anything else. And for him, that really mattered.
Sachiko was tired and sore, she’d watched what they did to her body and whined when they’d done it even after she died. A low wrenching sob from her spirit.
“Why do you ignore me…? Can’t anybody see me? Why can’t you see me! Hear me?! Help me!!!” she cried out, reaching for her mother who was still searching for her only to be turned away. “ Maamaaa… Pl-please I’m right here.”
The small child was curious. Hearing her cries, the boy reached out to the ghost girl, smiling.
Was he the only person who could see her? It didn't so much as matter to him. "... Don't worry." He laughed slightly.
"You aren't alone. I'm right here." Not even slightly afraid, "I won't ignore you. I can see you and hear you just fine." She was just a child, like him. She seemed really lonely, though. He'd just have to keep her company.
A happy laugh as she floated over, hugging her friend close as she floated upwards now, smiling at him. “Ryou-chan, wanna play a game?”
She smiled at him, wanting to be close to her best friend, her most treasured ghost. He had a unique soul, she cared about him far more than Tokiko and Yuki for some reason.
"What kind'f a game?" He blinked, cocking his head to the side with a slight giggle.
Not that there was a game that wouldn't do. He always felt sort of... happy, around Sachiko. Perhaps that was the reason he was so loyal to her. "Wait... Mm!" He nodded, "Yeah, let's pfflay a game!
Time to play, time to play. Come out, come out! Sometimes things were calm and she mourned, Sometimes she lameted the things she’s done. Other times she played with the corpses. Other times she screwed around. Ryou-chaaaan. Ryou-chaaan! Let’s play!
Ah? He was being... called. Might as well come out from where he was. ... They were friends, after all.
His muffled voice comes softly out of his mouth, a simple "Okay." And he appears in her location. "Whatishit?" A smile.
