My fanart of LyncisLikeTheStar's fic "Red Hood/Superboy Prime: World's Foulest". I had the irresistible urge to draw cunty "Tits Out Todd" after the latest chapter, and Superboy Prime gets to have all of that. I'm not jealous or anything😡. Nope, couldn't be me.
Go check out Lyncis' fic yall. It's amazing. You get a scoop of everything: comedy, angst, budding love, young adult bonding, mystery. 10/10 highly recommend.

To be clear, Jason did not enjoy the idea of being a mystic, and he didn't intend to become one, no matter what he saw or what else happened to him. That was not going to be his life. He only called what he saw "visions" because, frankly, he had no other word for it. He experienced them as memories, as full-body sensory experiences of worlds he’d never been to and powers he’d never had, all as visceral as the dirt he could feel beneath his broken fingernails every time he thought about his coffin. What could he call that besides a vision? What was that if not a god calling out to him? How could he not believe?
An AU in which Superboy Prime is stuck outside reality on a divine plane. To get back, he needs to find a devotee whose connection to him will allow him to pierce the veil between worlds. Jason is his chosen visionary.
Kyle: You can't have Hal in the divorce, you already have Carol
Jason: It's either him or ur mom
Kyle: You absolutely can NOT have my mom
Jason: Guess I'm taking Hal then
Kyle: This is a really complex plan to finally have 2 parents again
Jason: A child of divorce like I was always meant to be
Kyle: I mean if we got divorced, we are continuing the cycle
Jason: Perfect. We have to get a child and then divorce
—————
Jason: You ever think about how you are the sugar baby of the green lanterns
Kyle: Ex-fucking-cuse me?
Jason: Yeah, like you got ur ring right? You are the youngest. And the other lanterns like sponsor and train you and shit, once they weren't dead or insane and they feel really guilty about how you stared out being a lantern so they always keep pity snacks and trinkets for you.
Kyle: Holy shit, they do do that. But that's not really sugar baby energy, that's like getting a divorce and throwing guilt money at your children to make up for emotional neglect. Or like an estranged uncle
Jason: OH MY GOD
Jason: You are the green lantern corps' Splenda Nephew
Kyle brings Jason to Oa. At first, Jason spends most of his time cooking, cleaning, making sure Kyle actually rests, and patching him up whenever he returns from a mission and also just relaxing and reading books he hasn't time to before.
Kyle is worried in the beginning. He's away on missions so often, and he wonders if Jason will feel lonely or out of place on Oa. But Jason just fits right in.
Jason socializes easily with all the different species, even starts learning their languages, and is constantly trading recipes and books with others. Before Kyle even realizes it, Jason has somehow built his own little community there. Jason is blooming, and Kyle is so, so happy for him.
Kyle doesn't know how long Jason will stay on Oa, or if he'll eventually decide to leave, but whatever Jason chooses, Kyle will support him. Because Jason has proven, once again, that he can thrive in any environment. He just needs a little support and Kyle would be eternally honoured to be the support that Jason needs.
I forgot to add the Red Hood and Arkham Knight symbols, but oh well.
Got the Todd twin idea from @renviary. The second image shows who each twin will be with in this AU. I enjoyed drawing the twins all flustered. Peter keeps dyeing his own hair black because he idolizes his big brother. Fun fact: Peter is blind in one eye(which eye should be obvious). Also, trans Jason for the win!
Some more jaykyle and a star sapphire! Kyle Rayner
I think i need to be sedated-
BUT I was doing the line art for ‘em and I was like: I’m kinda tired of my current line art brush. So I made a new one using the first image that came up when looking up Kyle Rayner. Then I started messing with line weights. THEN I started messing with how I color things and now here we are.
Hal and Bruce currently watching from some bannister or another as Kyle and Jason... talk.
It looks like talking, anyways. They couldn't be sure because Jason was still wearing his helmet and Kyle had his back turned.
But from their vantage point, they can hear Kyle laughing nervously to himself, and Jason is clearly fidgeting with the bouquet of flowers that Kyle had offered earlier into their far away conversation.
If Kyle hadn't stopped speaking and Jason has not run away this far, then Hal is at least 98% sure that the plan is working.
"What plan?" Bruce asked, and Hal realized he had been thinking out loud.
"Relax, it's not a plan plan that has us coming to Gotham at 2 in the fucktown evening," Hal sighed, "Kyle's just been agonizing over asking Jason out for weeks and he rationalized it's more romantic doing it in the personas they met as, and all that."
"Agonizing," Bruce repeated carefully, tone steady with apathy, or so Hal thought was characteristic of him.
"Yeah! I mean, come on, have you not noticed?" Hal chuckled, bumping into him cheekily, "Like... the way they argue, Spooky. Kyle messes with Jason to get him to laugh or yell at him because it's fun to bite at each other. And Kyle looks at Jason like he's literally a masterpiece deserving of his own museum. Kyle obsesses over every little detail and meeting he's ever shared or seen on Jason. He loves annoying and being annoyed by him just for his attention and focus, it's almost pitiful. I mean, come on. The list goes on. Kyle's been so obvious that it's been exhausting how Jason's still so oblivious."
Hal laughed at the end, then reinvested himself to watching the scene of Kyle and Jason, blubbering and giggling to themselves.
Unbeknownst to him, Bruce is staring at Hal.
Like... staring.
Staring at Hal.
Staring at him very hard.
Then Bruce pushes Hal off the balcony.
A flash of green emerges as Hal floats back to scold at Bruce because "IT'S NOT FUNNY! WHAT THE FUCK BATMAN, ARE YOU TRYING TO GET ME KILLED—!?"
Jason loves Kyle, and Kyle loves Jason. They're happy.
Jason just has one request. OR Kyle is a very protective, caring, adoring person. Jason tries not to get hard about it.

Early in their relationship, news about Kyle and Jason dating somehow reaches other people's ears, and suddenly Jason has an abundance of heroes giving him the shovel talk.
Jason doesn't really care about it because people threatening him and having negative opinions about him is nothing new.
At first, Kyle thinks it isn't a big deal and even finds it kind of funny whenever Jason retells those stories, because that's what Jason thinks about it and that's how Jason tells it from his point of view. Kyle also thinks about how eventually he's going to be the one receiving the shovel talk from Jason's side, so he jokes with Jason, saying that he's excited to see who is going to threaten him on Jason's behalf. But then Jason just says,
"Sorry to disappoint you, but there's no one."
Kyle is confused. Because... what? But Jason just acts nonchalant and repeats himself, saying that there's no one. And that's when Kyle really realizes that Jason has no one. He has no support system, no safety net, no friends that he can truly rely on, and no family. Jason maybe has a few "friends," but they aren't like what Kyle has.
Realizing that, and seeing how unbothered Jason is by it, while also remembering all the things people always think and say about Jason, about Red Hood, makes Kyle want to puke and maybe also hug Jason and never let him go.
Because even though their relationship has only been a few months old and their reconciliation after the whole multiverse travel thing has only reached two years, Kyle suddenly realizes that, oh. He's the only person Jason has been consistently in contact with for these past two years.
God. Kyle is so stupid. How did he not realize that? His boyfriend has been by himself this whole time, and Kyle didn't even notice.
Kyle sometimes asks about Jason's work, whether he's spending time with friends or family, not in a straightforward way but more like a passing thought, but Jason always skillfully changes the subject.
Even when they first started dating and Kyle jokingly asked whether he needed to ask for anyone's blessing, Jason had just said,
"Nah, there's no one."
And Kyle had thought Jason was joking because Jason is sometimes in Gotham, and sometimes he works with the Bats, but gosh, it suddenly seems like Jason was never really a part of them. Maybe just an acquaintance they work with whenever there's a job to be done, but nothing more than that.
Kyle has heard about the Outlaws too, but from what he has seen, Jason hasn't had any contact with them during these two years.
Okay, there's Rose Wilson, but that's Rose Wilson, Deathstroke's freaking daughter, and Jason said that Rose is busy with her father, and Kyle doesn't even know if Rose counts as a support system or a safe person for Jason.
People can argue that others have had it much worse than Jason, but those others, those heroes, still have people around them. They have their own friends or family, or maybe just one person. But Jason has none.
Oh God. Kyle really needs to think back on all of this and reevaluate things. Because one thing is realizing that Jason has no one. The other thing is realizing that Jason is so used to being judged that he genuinely thinks these shovel talks are deserved. And then Kyle has to think back on himself too. Why didn't he realize how serious this was? How did he just let this happen?
