I am not old nor am I too young to have lived. I have children. They are my joy. They are at a stage that I cannot really call them children any longer but they will always be 'my children' in my heart. I love to move whether it is dance, running, fitness class, zumba, yoga, pilates...you name it I do it except for spinning and I don't want to talk about it. I go to the gym and I don't post it on fb or tweet it. I love absolutely love coffee and books....good books by good authors who have a story to tell. I may even post a book list when I learn how to navigate better. I have amazing friends...incredible people who are gifted in their respective fields and gifted as friends. I am extremely fortunate that they found me this time round. My posts will be eclectic and random and sometimes frequent and sometimes not. I hope to hear from you :) metta, gina
