The Ring of Steall from the top of the Devils staircase
Going through older photos. Found this one of Antarctica taken in January 2014. Was working on the Prinsendam at the time. Miss that old ship #Antarctica #cruise #calmsea
Some snow hanging on in Cairngorms. Wind free Sunday walk up An Socach #Cairngorms #Scotland #hiking #hillwalk #Munros
Wee walk around the Glas Maol circuit today. 4 munros in the bag. Strange day that required gloves and sun cream. Sunny with a biting wind. Still a beautiful day with perfect hill conditions
Castle Bay on Barra taken from the war memorial October 2018. Windy but beautiful
Prince Christian Sound in 2008.
Last walk of the year. Cold windy day up Glen Clova. Seemed to be the only place the sun wasn't shinning. May just being paranoid. Still a decent walk up to the twin lochs and Ben Tirran
Early morning walk up Schiehallion today. Sun trying it's best to break through.
Some where off the coast of Croatia. I disembarked the next day in Dubrovnik. 10 days I rejoin
Oban , beautiful town on the west coast. Taken from the ferry to Barra in October.
Descending from the Cobbler in October. Was one of the wettest days on the way up. Turned into a sunny during the descent.
The legend that is Tom Weir. Can't go up Conic Hill with out visiting this memorial
Christmas eve in Queens Park Glasgow. Freezing and feels more like Halloween
A rare good day to hit the hills. Sun, freezing temperatures and no wind. Perfect for hill walking. So went up Glenshee and climbed up Ben Gulabin, just north of the spittal
Corrour train station in the Scottish highlands. The most remote station. Left the car at Bridge of Orchy and travelled here to bag Beinn Na Lap on a warm spring day. The cafe at the station does a great fish and chips. Perfect after a days walking
Looking onto Ben Alder from Beinn Udlamain in April 2018. This was a surprisingly warm day , once you got out the wind. I even got a slight sun burn on my face that day. But I am ginger so it is to be expected
