Leave it to Albert Einstein to have some insight on everything from how refrigerators function to the nature of our world and change. His insight is within reason, though, as it is undeniable that this universe is one of constant change, the most powerful change which occurs in our brains and thinking. It’s that one moment where a light bulb flashes and we see things in new light that we feel changed. Our brains are living engines within each of us that mass produce thoughts as we continuously live out each day. For this reason, when contemplating on what I would desire to change about myself, my initial thought, is to change none other than, well, my thoughts; to spend each day transforming and letting them be molded by the experiences they meet. I want to let myself be more open to changes in perspective and change the way I think about things by both learning more and going out of my comfort zone and exposing myself to new people, places, and ideas.
