my favorite season is mysteries of the past. and i love all of the other seasons equally, and yes, including city of romance.

Hello CC Fandom! I'm a lurker here in the fandom, but I want to share something that I feel is important for everyone to know.

Andi has also supported Vaude/Zoe throughout her being called out in a server for being a Zi0ni$t.
Vaude/Zoe for a period of time had 'AM ISRA3L CHAI' in their description on discord. I do not have a screenshot for this, but it has been seen by numerous individuals.
I am making this post as I have seen these two get more and more traction in the fandom, and have realized most people do not know they are both Zi0ni$t$.
I will elaborate on that one. I love Jack, I absolutely do. But I love women much more.
Jack doesn’t like women, he isn’t romantically attracted to any of them, he likes the idea of owning them and having a woman by his side but that’s all. When he was dating Asal he was still jealous of Marina, when he was flirting with Lars he was still jealous of Asal. People claim that Jack wasn’t a bad boyfriend to Asal because “he didn’t cheat”. Well, yeah, so he did the bare minimum. But to me he didn’t even do the bare minimum at all. He couldn’t separate their relationship from her personal work matters, it was his and his problem only, because she never disrespected him the same way he did to her. MONTHS after they had broken up he was still being bitter to her.
Not to mention that he ruined his friendship with Marina because he couldn’t fathom that she is a grown woman and can choose who she wants to be with. And still, after all, Asal and Marina wished well to him and Lars, Marina even helped them get together, proving once again that Jack is the only one who is incredibly immature and all of the conflicts he had with them were his own issues.

His misogyny is internalized, it isn’t something he’s aware of, even if he means what he does and says. In case 49 he defends women’s rights from that suspect who said that women shouldn’t work on a construction site, so not everything is black and white, he can be aware that men and women are equals at the same time that he’s an asshole to them. All men are the same, trust me, I’ve dealt with plenty of situations like his. I just don’t get the appeal of shipping him with female characters.
What I really love the most about MoTP, it really felt like we were going around the city. The lack of intense apocalypse themed (love ya pacific bay but i feel like the tone of the last arcs where kinda off and too wild lmao) and just grounding themselves with the concept a specialized squad flying around the city.
Everything are so tied in together. The previous games deaths kinda felt like me going "Ahh this guy is the killer def, ahh, this person is gonna get killed soon aren't they" which doesn't really feel all intense lmao. But with how MoTP loved calling back as much characters as they can, we get to know them more and see how their lives and actions change as the tone of the story changes. (CRIES IN GLADYS, ADELLIA, AND GIULETTA)
Also because of it, we kinda see more characters more fleshed out than the usual we get from CC games?
ALSO THIS GAME GENUINELY HAD ME CLENCHING ON WHO ARE GONNA DIE OR WHO IS THE KILLER. ESPECIALLY THE KILLERS. THE DETAILS ARE SO SUBTLE IN IT THAT I ACTUALLY HAVE TO DEDUCT POSSIBLE MOTIVES. IT WAS VERY ENGAGING.
The main themes of the story were pretty down to earth: corruption, power play, justice.
It was so down to earth that it was really easy to empathize with a lot of the killers, especially the vigilante ones.
Also kudos to Archie and Horatio. You were truly shitty people but very intelligent and manipulative ones. Being able to craft plans for their goals while leaving themselves out from suspicions unless we do intense digging was very smart. Heck, Horatio literally crafted a plan so fucking careful we took like 80% of the game to catch him. He's shitty but he's SMART. And he was able to get away from it for DECADES.
Like Horatio is honestly insane man caused so much indirect deaths??? Like dude??
Also, I remember Justin Lawson before saying that he believed that the Rochesters should all be in jail. While, the way he went about it was very, not very good. In a way, the Rochesters who were engaging and not doing anything to stop Horatio while knowing his actions were also somewhat complicit of his crimes. So in a way, I understand Lawson's argument about that. And they knew the consequences of it if they babbled their mouths, we saw that with Leopold (sigh).
(Also Lawson, a lawyer, becoming a dictator removing freedom of press and the likes. I was a bit like, was one of the writers from PH or something, why is this hitting a bit too home.)
jacob arrow is my most hated character and here is why!
of course there are worse people than jacob, like horatio, malcolm, etc. but they’re the villains and we get to arrest them, they’re portrayed as bad people, we have the joy of bringing them to justice. while jacob is incredibly immature, non professional, rude. the way he treated luke was never okay, he was totally disrespectful to priya, he forced gwen to work during case 18 and he fucking threatened to kill hope. and at the end? we are forced to accept him back to the team!!!!! and forgive him!!!!! like no omg he should’ve died in case 30 instead of arthur!!!!!! i am never ever forgiving jacob arrow, from the moment he got a teaser but hope didn’t, i knew he was going to be my biggest enemy!
OH OH and the way he STOLE case 20 from felix???? dmpo, felix should’ve been the partner for that case, who tf invited jacob??????

And honestly I think this also applies to everyone in general: just because someone doesn’t like your favorite character it doesn’t mean you should go around saying stuff like this on a public page where anyone could see it and take it the wrong way (even as a joke)
No clue if this is a popular or unpopular opinion, but I think Christian Bateman is more interesting as a stand-alone Money Mile villain than as a member of Ad Astra

Name a more iconic ship, u can't. They invented AND patented grumpy x aunshine ships, truly revolutionary. I rest my case, these are all the IT girls of criminal case ships v(￣︶￣)y (it is also sad, tho, that these are the more unfairly treated.. Charlie dying, Kai and Zara barely getting developed, Gwen ending up with a man... Satan is real and we named him pretty simple :c)
