🎉🎉🥳🎉🎉ayyy, finished another one i'd been putting off for a while, I got all the lord of mysteries crossover stuff finished, i'm just missing enchantment recordings and screenshots of the event partners, the story event has a few fun bits but is mostly just concerned with being a commercial for lord of mysteries

got eliza's bio done, there's actually a lot less info than you would think about her, despite how central she is to the story, there's a lot of hinting at things with no confirmation, really the only place you get any backstory about eliza was in the mother's day event, the edward & eliza chapter eleven quest, and cynthia's intro when she talks about eliza's brother (who still doesn't have a name), i had to guess at why she and gdb had a falling out, like based on the timing, i think he got married just as the ellensteins were going into decline, so that was probably a slap in the face on top of everything else, and the one avenue she could have used to save her family closed up, like yeah that would explain how she feels about him now, but nobody ever actually says anything about it outright, a lot of trailing off and references to things nobody's talked about and never will, but i know for a fact that eliza was in finsel when gdb got married and had left finsel by the time the woman died, which if you go by HH lore means that since lou was 26 when HW starts then she was 16 or younger when her mom died (there's room for eliza to have left finsel several years before she returned to adopt magda (at least 5-6 since i think that's how old magda was when the slum fire happened and eliza wouldn't make it look like she had a bastard child) so lets say lou could have been 3-16ish when her mom died, though i'd say it's more likely to be on the younger end of the spectrum since she'd never gone shopping for clothes with her mother (this one is a bit tricky tho since she would have been shipped off to the spire at a young age too so her mom may have died while she wasn't around)), i forgot where i was going with this.... ah, right so eliza was absolutely in finsel when he got married

honestly i would kill for a seven book prequel court drama about eliza and edward in their youth that follows the fall of the ellensteins, but that's mostly because i love relationships where the characters make each other worse, i would also like to know more about her relationships with christie and rincole, i know the olineauxes all think highly of her because of the friendship she had with christie back when christie was young and preferred talking with her fists, and rincole is the only person to ever call eliza by a nickname, even gdb didn't do that

like the sister, and the being raised by sulla as a human sacrifice, or the cursed knight thing, or the being trapped in a magic forest for god knows how long with just a tree to talk to, or the apocalypse dragon he was supposed to be guarding, or the fact that he broke out of the forest without ending the apocalypse threat, or the being abandoned as a baby, or the gloves thing, or the human trafficking thing, or the architect family he may or may not be related to, or the innate magical soul bond he has to magda as the rhime queen that will never be activated because they never met within the confines of the forest so that she could be awakened, or how the hell he became friends with shana, i am strangling you right now with my bare hands

I remember making this on one layer on a single frame in flip a clip lol. Seven years later I can generally gauge my improvement by trying to draw the same concept in the same amount of time without trying to refine it. (Still on a flip a clip frame because I refuse to use more than one art application lol)

I still think they’d be hilarious
