Hi Friends. A quick update on our stolen truck. Just one day after Burning Man 2019, one of our rental trucks was stolen in SF. This truck contained critical parts of our camp infrastructure, our camp signs and decor, and nearly all the personal gear of 30+ SF campmates. After months of working with law enforcement and the rental company, we are no closer to finding the truck and sadly nothing has been recovered from this incident. Not gonna lie, this has really sucked. Beware of thieves. But 2020 is our 10 year anniversary! We’re already working to making this burn, as we all do every year, even better. In order for this to happen, we’re raising some funds and asking the gracious BM community for a little camp recovery help so we can bring it on playa in 2020.
